What's up guys, it's Sam and Taylor. And we want you to put your shoes on, pop open that energy drink, and go. Hey guys, welcome back to another episode. I'm Sam. I'm Taylor. We are almost into our last week of FMS. So we got one more week of the two episodes a week, which is super fun. Yes, kind of sad, but... It is kind of sad. Bittersweet. Yeah. It's crazy. It went by really quickly though. It did. Like I feel like just last week we were talking about the idea of this.

It's over. And it's over. Damn. We're going to have to brainstorm about our new fun creations of things to do with the podcast. We have so many fun creations. We do, we do. Low-key, we do. We have so many fun creations. One fun creation that has been out and you guys have been getting and loving and we wear all the time is our merch. Merch, baby. I'm literally... Did you see what I...

Yeah, you did. You did a good job with that. Thank you. That was crazy. But I have been absolutely loving the shorts on leg day one. At first, when we first got the merch, I loved the see you on Friday fuckers one. But now the shorts on leg day, I don't know why. I'm just vibing with it. I really love my no bullshit see you on Friday fuckers hoodies. Those are my.

My favorite because I think they look cool. Like, you know, when you're just going out in like a hoodie and stuff. I think they're sick looking. That was facts. I think they make people look at it and be like, what? Yeah. Like, what is that? What is that? And then it's just like a walking like advertisement for our thing. And you guys turn around and you're like, it's our favorite podcast. I just think it looks sick. I love our little signature on the back. Yeah. So cute. I love it.

And I can't wait to make more, but that's on sale. The link is in the bio of the Instagram. Super easy to find. You can also go to shopfitnessuncensored.com. Yeah. It should come right up. Everything's on there. We probably won't ever, like anytime soon there will be like no type of sale on it. We already did a giveaway. So if that's something you're maybe like waiting for. Yeah, it's not going to happen. Don't expect it. Yeah. So I would just get it while you can. You may even, oh no, this comes out maybe too late.

People got them really, really fast. Yeah. I was going to say there may still be time to give it if you're seeing someone maybe a few days after Christmas. Mm-hmm. At least by the new year. At least by the new year. They've been coming very fast for people. Obviously, no promises. Yeah.

But... We also wear a size large, too. We should mention that across the board with everything we get. They kind of run small, in my opinion. Me, too. Like, compared to, like, any other, like, activewear brand that I get where I get a men's large, it runs a little bit smaller. So if I could have, like, gotten an extra large, I would have been content with that size, too. Yeah, definitely runs a little bit smaller. But I would say...

I thought, so my dad got an extra large and I was like, it may not fit you because the large on me isn't that big, but it does fit him. Yeah. So it's just like, it's the way of fitting for us. You know what I mean? Like, I think it's because they're more unisex and not just like a men's t-shirt. Yeah.

So, but yeah, we wear a large in everything. If you see us wearing it, we are wearing a large. Yeah, and we have a full highlight on the podcast page too of like what like all of them look like and stuff like that with all the information along with like the link to the website. So that will give you more help.

Super, super cute. We love it. We can't wait to do more. Merch is probably my favorite. I just love being able to wear. Yeah. I think it's so cool. Such a fun aspect. I love seeing you guys wearing it, like you tagging us that you're wearing it in the gym. That's so cool. Also...

Not to hype myself up, but it's the fact that we also designed it ourselves. A lot of people will just have some random design person create their merch, but we did that ourselves. Yeah, Sam made it herself. I mean, obviously, the ideas, we went back and forth, but for the most part, it was Sam. Obviously, she's a graphic design major here, so if she's like, this looks better, I'm like, you did go to school for this. Yeah.

So I'll take your word for it. It's my fun little activity I like to do. Yeah, it's crazy. Like we just see little ideas on Pinterest and all of a sudden it's like, it's there. Yeah. I'm wearing it.

Yeah. Am I wearing it right now? Even like our management company, Shout Out. But they were even surprised like, oh, because obviously you can't sell images that someone else made. You can't have like copyrighted images and sell them. That's very big, big, big problem. Yeah. So they were like, who made this? Where did you get it? No, we made it. Yeah. I was like, Sam made it. He like called me mid-workout. He was like, wait, did you make that? I was like, yeah, I made it. I was like, use it. You were like, no, not copyrighted. What?

was me in photoshop so funny but um yeah so definitely get your hands on merch it's super cute it's also just such a great way to support us so it means the world if you get it we don't take it for granted no

And I guess with that being said, merch and all, but let's talk about the day. The day has been pretty good. I've been loving today. Today is Thursday. If you're listening to this, what is it, the 16th? Yeah. So we were going home tomorrow, but we literally cleaned our apartment head to toe, threw a lot of stuff out of the fridge, like bleached the bathrooms. Oh my goodness. I love the fact that we can come back to this apartment and it's just like spotless. Right.

Right. We both, Sam said today or yesterday, whenever you said it, you were like, and I'd already been thinking it, but she was like, I want this place to be like really clean. I was like, oh yeah. Yeah. Like I was happy we're on the same page. Yeah. She was like glad we're on the same page. I was like, I need, I can't come back to chaos. No. It needs to be clean. Especially when I, I know I have to unpack all my shit anyway. Like that just makes it 10 times worse. Yeah. So cleaned everything. We both got lash refills.

I was supposed to go get my nails done, but I've been so busy. It's 8 p.m. We're doing this now. We already podcasted today. I've been so busy. I was so busy yesterday. This week, I knew it was going to fly, and it did, because it was work. Sunrise is sunset. It was work. Wake up at 8 a.m. Don't stop the whole day. We made it. We leave tomorrow. We get to hang out. Right now, when you're listening to this, we'll be hanging out with McKenna from Instagram, so it's super fun to have a little just...

Relaxing day. Yeah, I was like, okay, we're working really hard, but Friday we get to hang out with someone new and then we get to go home. So it's like we're all going to go to lunch. It's going to be a chill day. Today I also downloaded TikTok again. Oh, damn. I posted to TikTok. You did? Oh. I posted to TikTok. How'd that go? So I didn't mind posting it. I didn't scroll or look at my comments or my ads, but then out of curiosity, I was like, I kind of want to see what the comments are in this video right now.

I was like, I'm not going to get mad at whatever they are. I just wanted to know. They were all about the arch of my bench press. Like... And I'm like, this is why... This is why I hate this app. Because if I post that same video of me benching... On Instagram. On Instagram stories, people would be like, hell yeah, bro. Like, freaking 130 for two. Like... Yeah. Like, that's sick. And on TikTok, they're like, my back hurts just watching you. What the fuck are you doing? Yeah. This... See, but I just want to be able to... But I like making the video. Yeah. Finding a sound...

And finding a video of me putting it together, I like that. And if it can motivate or help one girl. One person. Yeah. I said girl, but yes. One person. It makes us happy. Right. That's why I like being able to post. And that's why I miss freaking posting on TikTok. I'm going to go back to it. I promise. I miss your TikToks. Yeah. When I get home, I definitely will. So I'm going to just try my best to keep the habit of not... Checking. Checking when...

I don't need to be not looking at my... And I also like scrolling on TikTok. TikTok makes me laugh. It's funny. So I'm just going to try to get better at that. But that's something I did today. I did post a TikTok.

And then cleaned and packed. Yeah, we got sweet greens for dinner tonight, and we were driving. This is also another thing to do with how busy our week was and how quick it went. We were driving. It's a Thursday night, and I'm like, why is it so busy? I looked at my phone. I was like, holy shit, it's Thursday. In my mind, I thought it was Tuesday. I was like, why is it so busy in downtown right now? It was so busy. There's so much traffic. It took us like 20 minutes to get a mile down the road. Yeah, it was really – I could have walked there.

Yeah, we could have birded. We could have scootered. We don't ever do that anymore. Yeah, we should start scootering. Yeah, why don't we do that? Like, instead of driving to Gold's, scooter. Scooters are so fun. Yeah, brings me, like, some, you know, air. Because I'm locked in my apartment all day. Yeah, yeah, we should do that. What was our nightly outing yesterday? Whole Foods. Yeah, we went to Whole Foods. That was a lot of fun. Oh, that's in my vlog that I'll be putting up. Yeah, Sam vlogged. But...

That's basically, it's just like finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, which is, you know. Rewarding. We finished the two podcasts a week. We, right? Yeah. We're done. We recorded all of them. Yeah, well, we recorded them all, but we're not technically done. Yeah, but we recorded them. Yeah. We recorded them all. Like, we got a lot of, I had it on YouTube. We got, like, so nice. Yeah. My brand stuff is almost done for the month. I only have a little bit more. Most of it was toward the beginning of the month, so seeing the end in sight to, like,

But then January starts. Yeah, no, don't remind me. I'm just excited for this little... Yeah. Once January comes, it's like...

Go time. Yeah, go time. Like, really go. But, yeah, I mean, we can get into the episode. I want to also point out, because we didn't even mention this, Claire, the way she speaks is amazing. So this is a really good episode. It's such a good episode. I think I said it. I don't know if I said it when we were done talking or on. I think it was off, when we got off. Like, sometimes we don't know how people are going to be on a mic. It's a different thing.

It's different than an Instagram post. It's a little intimidating sometimes. You're talking for an hour. It's hard. So some people aren't not saying they're like bad or whatever by any means, but it's hard to be really amazing at it. We're not even amazing at it. No. You know what I'm saying? So hearing her speak and just being like, like, you have a gift for this. I was like, I want to keep hearing you speak. Yeah, it was one of those things where I knew it was going to be a good episode, but I didn't expect for it to be...

Just so as I think there's a lot of layers to her. I didn't know. Yeah. And it's really cool. Which was so nice to hear. And we also just love her, dude. Yeah. She's a really cool, cool human. Such a sweet girl. So down to earth. Um, such a good episode. So, so grateful. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

I just stared at you because I thought you were about to wrap it up and you were going to do like the wrap up part. You just like stared at me. I know because I thought you were going to do that. Hey guys, so we're now here with Claire over Zoom. So you're in Houston right now, right? Yeah, it's my first time in Texas. No way. That's so exciting. What exactly are you doing in Houston? I didn't even ask.

I'm modeling for Buffbunny. They like flew me out here so that's kind of fun. That is fun. That's so cool. Yeah, that's awesome. But yeah, no, now that you're in Houston, you're gonna make your way over to Austin at some point and you're gonna have to come and we'll show you a good time over here because it's a lot of fun. Yeah, it is a lot of fun. Yes, please. So would you like to introduce yourself? I'm sure a lot of people listening probably know who you are but obviously

we want to obviously touch base on like how you got into lifting and how you got into social media. So just give me like a little bit of a background on that would be cool.

Okay, yeah. So I started out like always in fitness and I did like track and cross country and then I went through a breakup my freshman year of college and I got super into lifting, super motivated after that and I took my Instagram off private at like $600 and then I just started posting on TikTok over quarantine for fun and then everything just

blew up. It was crazy and I wasn't expecting any of it and it's just been the most insane journey of like following what I'm passionate about and then learning to make money off of it and then obviously getting and taking advantage of in the industry more times than I can count but we're here now and I love sharing advice and people that are also coming up in the industry so I can like help out with that but

yeah it's kind of been fitness modeling that kind of thing yeah I can't even remember like how I found your account do you I feel like I I just found you on TikTok as like pretty girl on yeah I think I saw you like a while back on TikTok and then we ended up becoming mutuals on TikTok and then I followed you on Instagram and then now we're both with Raw Gear so that's another thing too that we can mention too is that yeah all three of us are with Raw Gear yeah um

But yeah, no, that's pretty cool. Would you say if it wasn't for quarantine and COVID and all that stuff, you don't know if this situation in your life would be where you are now?

A hundred percent. Cause I'm a bio major, which I still have a 3.7 GPA and I'm still like bus mast in both. But yeah, like if it wasn't the break of being like online and getting to pursue other passions and put time into social media, it never would have happened. Like quarantine was the curse in a lot of ways, but a blessing and more so. Yeah. I mean, same for us. Yeah. I feel like a lot of the time when, when we ask someone like why they got into fitness or just like, even like the social media aspect too, it's like, it's always either a breakup with a boyfriend or like the quarantine because you

you're either wanting to like glow up from that breakup or you're just bored in quarantine and ended up getting into fitness so yeah I think I can relate to both of those

Yeah, I've been lifting for, oh, sorry. No, sorry, keep going. Sometimes with Zoom, the thing is it lags, so, like, we start talking at the same time, but yeah, go. Yeah, I was just saying, I've been lifting for, like, seven years, but the hardcore, like, it takes the breakup. It takes that to, like, find that strength and, like, confidence, I think. Yeah, definitely. Like, heartbreak. Yeah, and losing yourself a little bit.

and then refining yourself yeah what were you gonna say well i was gonna say one you're also like so freaking strong so we couldn't show like like i see some of your videos like squatting and stuff and i feel like some people might not think it which like we'll talk about but i was like oh she's like reps like 185 like yeah that's pretty fucking good like i can like i'm like okay yeah like i not like in a bad way like i want you to take this in a compliment but i can definitely picture people like under under a mess oh my god i can't speak underestimating your story

yeah it happens definitely I think especially because I started on TikTok and I didn't really know what I was doing I was kind of just doing tracks and stuff and like fitness is what I was passionate about but whatever blows up is like it's never the one you want to blow up you know what I'm saying on TikTok yeah the viral ones are never the ones that like showcase who you are and what you want to bring to the platform and somebody's like the one where like your body goals or like whatever your ass is out or something like that and it's not actually like about

what you care about at least my experience especially in the beginning and speaking of that like how do you deal with like I'm sure you get a lot of comments obviously all three of us did we're kind of lumped together in this guy's video basically saying that we have no other point for existing on the internet other than showing our body and a lot of freaking people agreed but like how do you

Like, has that been like an issue for you? People kind of putting you down or like talking about you in a certain way because you maybe like post in a bikini or like show your butt sometimes. Like, you know, we all do like the butt poses in the gym. Like, yeah. Has that been like an issue for you?

Uh, yeah, a hundred percent, especially when I started with Boutin LA, which is like a LA based swimwear brand. If your listeners are familiar with them, but that's what kind of kickstarted my Instagram. I had like 60K on TikTok and maybe like 3000 on Instagram and they DM me and asked me to shoot with them. And so my platform went from like 3K to like 12K like overnight. And then ever since then I've been growing on my own, but that was a lot of male attention I had never received in my life. And I was, I had zero confidence growing up. And so like

Can you approach like all like that? Like at first I was like, oh, like this is attention. I'm not used to it. This is cool. And then I was like reading comments and reading DMs. And I was like, oh gosh, there goes my mental health. And so at first, yeah, it was hard. It was hard. But then I think I realized that now I can kind of one profit off

the shitheads that look at you and judge you either way. It's like, now I can make money off you. Like your negative engagement is still engagement. You buying stuff that I promote and like watching my content, like it helps me at the end of the day. And like, you're going to stare at me and be a creep for free in the gym. I might as well make money off of it. So that's kind of the mentality switch I had. And then also the fact that like,

For every like 10 weird guys, there's like one amazing girl who's like inspired to get in the gym. And like, we're finding this dude out for the mixer feel like she can work out in public and not be scared or she's not scared of the free weights and that kind of thing. And like, I know how that feels. And so for everyone I can manage to inspire like that just makes that makes it worth it. And so I'm not really threatened by this.

by the guys anymore. I freaking love that. Like you have no idea. Like I got like chills in my arms when you were talking about that, because obviously like when we first started, like our platforms were very much girl, like girl based. And I've come to realize like a little bit like more into this, like guys are starting to follow and they'll leave like the horrible comments. They'll literally comment on my body, like in a negative way. And I'm just like, what the fuck? So like what you just said, I'm definitely going to be taking that and

kind of changing my like way of thinking with all the hate comments. But I also do want to talk about, I remember seeing, I think it was your post, you did a TikTok post and it was like when the, I can't remember what the audio was, but the text overlay was when like someone from high school who didn't talk to you is now buying your programs or something. And you just mentioned how you were like super quiet, insecure, like in like the high school, like that timeframe. How would you say like that

Obviously social media like helped but like with giving like getting more attention but like how would you say like you were able to change so quickly on that with being like quiet like not the most secure to now where you are.

Yeah, I mean, I loved high school for what it was. I never went out to a party. I didn't drink. I didn't, I like never was part of that social scene, but I was like first the track captain, president of like a community service club and I did mock trials. So I was super into like leadership roles and like community oriented staff. So I loved that thing. Like I loved

having a platform and like being able to work with people and like do stuff I'm passionate about and like lead younger girls, especially like with track and that kind of thing. So I definitely have always like had that kind of leadership. I don't know ability, I guess. Yeah, that's cool. I didn't really, I didn't really have like the confidence in myself, like looking in the mirror and I didn't like how I looked and I didn't like,

I covered up a lot. You know what I'm saying? Like, I just didn't have that aspect. And then social media, it was actually the negative feedback that fueled me to be like, no, fuck you. Fuck that. Like, I'm better than that. And it was kind of that, but that empowered me more. And then slowly my female audience came along because it was male first. I'm like, you guys, like, it was always male first. And then when the guys be like, oh, like, stop doing upper body so much. Like, you don't, like, look feminine enough. And I'm like, I'm sorry. I'm like,

making question marks in the media or whatever but like I feel strong and empowered in this and so it's like this is my big fuck you to like yeah that's cool I hope a lot of girls that can like kind of relate to that and hopefully take that with them to build more confidence and I think it's also important to know like

someone like you obviously I feel like like like boutique models like girls that are like modeling obviously you just got flew out to like model and someone might see someone like you and be like oh my god like what do you mean you're insecure like you don't even get it like there's no way you could have even been like insecure because like oh my god you're like an Instagram model and it's like none of that shit matters like no matter what you look like everyone sometimes kind of looks in the mirror and is like yeah not a fan yeah no matter what

Yeah, I had a terrible eating disorder growing up. And, like, it was, I was huge into cardio. I mean, like, elliptical for, like, two hours post-weight. And I'd run for track. And I was just, like, starving myself. And then I started, like, ignoring the scale and not being scared to gain weight once I started, like, lifting only. I had, like, a mental switch. But, yeah, I mean, that was tough. And, like, girl, I've been there if you've been through that. Yeah.

my abs came through way more when I stopped doing abs so much and when I stopped doing cardio so much because it wasn't pulling onto my water weight anymore and like I don't know giving myself the patience with my body to like restructure it and like rebuild my strength after like such a toxic way I looked at health and wellness for a really long time so like I get it I still struggle with it now but not as much as I used to oh of course yeah yeah we all do so

It's what, it's a part of life and you know, no one's ever going to be perfect or like fully comfortable and confident in their skin. Like that's not how it's going to be. And if you are, then freak yeah, I'm jealous of you. But yeah, so kind of obviously touching base on like the whole like male aspect of social media and getting the hate from that. I know you have a long distance boyfriend. So how has that been with like social media? Like,

Do you feel like there's like this underlying pressure like in your content that you push out or it has like stuff pretty much stayed the same? Interesting question. I mean, since you guys are with Raw Gear, you know, like a lot of our team is male, especially the LA based ones. So when you guys weren't like visiting or there's not other girls visiting, it's usually guys that I'm shooting with. So yeah.

It hasn't been hard because Aaron, my boyfriend is the most trusting and supportive. And I mean, amazing influence in my life. Like I don't need no man, but he gives me that like extra boost and it's not, it's never been a burden. It's never been an argument. It's never been an insecurity on his end. It's just like other people like seeing you make content with other guys and they like

want to question our relationship and my integrity and like it's never fazed him I wouldn't be with someone that's like insecure like that but like it is hard just to see it like questioned just because I care so much about our relationship but like I don't really care anymore and like my male followers that are like supportive of us and of me like they don't care and I lost followers for sure when I first started posting with him but like there's obviously a dip off but now it's kind of gone back up

And, like, I just want to post what makes me happy and, like, who I am. And, like, take it or leave it. You know what I mean? And he makes me really happy. And if we lived closer together, he'd be on my Instagram way more. So I guess there's that. I mean, it's so, like...

like like genuinely I feel like you're just such like a strong confident like women and people of women and people might not know that like genuinely like when we met you I was like oh my god like she's so sweet like so sweet but like like you're like strong you're smart like social media and this stuff and the fitness stuff like it's a bit like it's a grind like it's a business like it's a professional world and you just like like you own it and like the way like I'm so glad you have someone like that that like

is like you know letting you do you because like it is work like yeah where do I find an errand also when we were in I think you got comments about it so like we had just been in LA like just been in LA I think I I think I might have DM'd you I don't really know but um and you had posted on your story that people were saying something and I was like dude as someone who literally like yesterday was face to face in the same room with like you and like Ryan and whoever else was there I'm like

like these people are dumb. I was like, I just, I saw it with my own eyes. Like, and like these people, these people are making assumptions through like a 10 second video. And I'm like, I was in that gym all day. Like, I'm like, it was like, that's not even at all what was going on. And like, sometimes too, it's like girls also sometimes get along better than

like friends with girls like you know like I like that's that's what I'm trying to say is like sometimes like having more guy friends that's totally normal if you have a boyfriend why does it have to be made weird you know like so I can definitely see that happening like I feel like when I was in my relationship um I had more guy friends than I did girlfriends but do you have any like oh sorry keep going sorry I keep like it's the lag on the zoo yeah

No worries. But yeah, I was just gonna say like, I just launched my OnlyFans like

two days ago not even it's been like 48 hours and i'm in the top 0.5 percent already which is fucking insane holy crap holy shit dude yeah bro and i'm not doing anything explicit i'm just like trying to like move my male audience there so i can profit off them more because if they want to be supportive to support me with like financial issues um and then i'm just kind of trying to make my other social medias like more fitnessy and stuff that like i like to promote to girls i guess um to make it more brand friendly but um

Yeah, and Aaron's been just like, I mean, incredibly supportive. And I just, I think that takes a really, someone that's really secure in themselves to not be like threatened by like, hell yeah, attention and stuff and to be like, that's my girlfriend. And like, he's like reposting my stuff to like his story. Oh, I love that. Yeah. Sorry, I keep like interrupting. I'm just excited because I was gonna say we're coming out. We're coming out to LA. Um,

next month and I would freaking love to meet Aaron yes if he can bring him again yeah bring him to Zoot Culture do you have any tips for like dealing with that like if you've ever or things to look out for maybe like in another relationship where it wasn't as healthy or as supportive or things that maybe you make sure to do now and he makes sure to do now to make it work with like the distance and the traveling and the OnlyFans and all that stuff

Yeah, I mean, communication is key. We talk every single day, obviously on FaceTime all the time. But I think the most important thing as a girl is to just never settle, like never settle, be fully physically attracted to them, emotionally attracted to them, have them be like smart and exactly what you want. And like never settle for anything else. Because in every relationship up until now, I feel like I've settled. I've settled to feel in

insecure to not feel supported as I could or if he didn't want to be on the internet like the internet is part of my life now and it's like if that's what you want like that's totally fine I understand but that doesn't mean I need to be with you it's like I just didn't want to settle anywhere in my life and I was like I'm not gonna swap relationships and everything and I went to go visit Aaron like just his friend and I was like anyway

And we said I love you within two days. And, like, I haven't looked back since. Yeah. I mean, it's been incredible. So. I feel like I'm listening to, like, a love story. I know. There should be a movie. I know. Like, why are you not recording and documenting this entire thing? Like, a modern-day romance girl with the OnlyFans. Like, dating a modern-day, like, rom-com. Oh, my God. Seriously. No, but the OnlyFans thing is honestly, like, empowering as fuck. Like, we've talked, like. Yeah. Like, people obviously have their, like.

everyone that hates on anyone that does it is full-on jealous because I'm like they're literally getting their bag and you're not and you're sad yeah and that's like okay like you can be sad but don't hate on them right like they're in their bag and unfortunately Claire we don't have a very big male audience listening right now so we can't really plug it as much as we would hope to the four percent listening yeah we have a few there's a yeah there's a few to the

94% maybe even less. I don't know. Our listeners are 99%. Okay. So the 1% male go follow Claire, give it, give it a look. But now, I mean, so I know we talked about like a lot of like the social media and the gym stuff, but you also mentioned earlier, you're a whole bio major. Obviously life happens, you know, maybe, I don't know, like how far in, or if you're planning on switching things around.

But for whatever years you have been in college and been like a bio major, how has that been like dealing with school? Yeah, so I'm in my junior year. And I mean, bio, I loved it my freshman year before I started social media. And I loved I did this whole sorority thing really took me out of my comfort zone. And I, like I said, I had broken up with my boyfriend and whatever. And so I was kind of just like, re-navigating life. And I love pushing myself in school and academically and learning more like

I'm Jewish and I've been raised with intelligence at the forefront of everything you do. And I don't know, it's just in my blood and my culture to really pursue school. So it's been, I don't know, hard trying to redefine myself as what I prioritize in life with social media kind of taking a forefront and everything. But I'm managing barely. I go to LA twice a week and then I still am a full-time student. And I also work on campus as an athletic trainer.

girl what the f*** you were juggling so much that is crazy I love being busy but it's hard I've considered dropping out I've been back and forth in my mind but I feel really I don't know motivated to finish I was gonna say yeah I was gonna say like like the bio major like that is so freaking cool and I think it like you know

you seem like you're doing very well with balancing it so there's pretty much like no like no other thing than like being able to like say like I fucking did that and like if you don't even use it you don't use it but like that's pretty cool right exactly I mean

I left school but I left school for so many reasons I left school I left my university and did a semester at home before social media was even thing because I just hated my school so badly so for me my social media was like a way out for like my mental health but if I love school like if I was like I like my school I like my campus like I like the degree I'm getting I'd

I could have made it work. Like I could have done, but like, it was so hard on me mentally that I could not do it. But if I liked it, I would have definitely, definitely stayed. Yeah. I'm happy you did bring that up. Cause there's definitely like those limits with it too. Like the mental aspect. Cause a lot of people think I dropped out because I'm just like stupid.

And I'm like, I was like a 5.0. I'm like, I was like a 5.0 in high school. Like, don't, don't come at me with stupid. I'm like, don't try to say I dropped out. Someone was like, damn dropped out right when like life actually got hard. And I was like, no. No, you never did platform and made a check. Like, hello, what are you talking about? Yeah, I'm like,

I'm like, if you got a full-time job when you were in college, would you stay? Yeah. But was it like, is it weird now being at school with like the social media and stuff?

It's hard balancing everything and like I have my emotional wreck nights like before midterms and finals when I've just gotten back from LA and I got to study and it's all these things but I am lucky enough to be right on the beach. I go to UCSB so I'm like right on the water and like I love the ocean and the beach so it's just a really calming environment to be in minus obviously I live on like one of the biggest party streets in like America. Sorry how far like where is that in comparison to LA?

Like, Zuculture is, like, an hour 20, and the Boutino Life Studio is, like, an hour 40. Okay. So I'm, like, commuting twice a week, like, a two-hour drive. I would love to visit you at school. I was going to say. Yes, yes. Come out. Like, seriously. You know what's funny?

That's the one thing I've had to cut out because to manage everything is I haven't been out since my friend's birthday in October, like October 20 something, like right before Halloween. I haven't drank. I haven't been out. I haven't put on like a cute little thotty fit since then because I've been so busy. So that's the one thing I've given up and

like in recent times but like I don't know to me it's worth it because I'm like happy and just trying to find a balance between everything but if you guys come out we'll make an exception we will go out yeah yeah it's so funny yeah I guess since we're also talking about like balance and like going out and stuff how do you deal with that like do you ever get like worked up like that you feel like quote unquote like drinking will kill the gains like how do you balance that for yourself I know you said you haven't gone out in a while but like when you do

Yeah, I mean, I think everything in moderation is completely fine. Like I don't restrict myself eating that much because that would bring back a really toxic eating disorder and like same with going out like if you enjoy it and you can do it in like a healthy way for yourself where it's not like.

the only thing that makes you happy you know what I'm saying that I think you become addicted like that's when it's an issue but like as long as you do things in moderation that you enjoy in a social environment like that's completely fine like I don't see anything wrong with that and like I definitely took full advantage of that freshman year I went out six nights a week and like honestly going to my junior year I'm on my grind I'm just like a little bit burnt out so I'll go out for the big things the birthday parties and that kind of thing but like otherwise not so much and then also like you were saying like doing social media and going out like

I'm just stopped all the time and it's just weird because I don't really see myself that way and I don't know how to ever see myself as like someone that's not just like a normal college student so it's just like weird going out and like people come to me it's just like I don't really know what to like do yeah

I don't know. I don't want to be like a sloppy drunk in front of people that like watch my social media. Like that's just weird. Yeah. Yeah. It's definitely interesting. The first times we went out in Austin and we went out and we were with people that we were like, yeah, we do social media, but they've never really been around us. And we were out in like three or four girls were like, oh my God. And they were like, wait, what? They were like, this is like really like strange. And I was like, yeah, don't worry about it.

I'm like it's fine but but it can be a little creepy one time so I had this guy that always DM me like but like the profile no profile picture he'd always DM me kind of creepy things being like oh he'd be like I just I think kind of like would love to be like me and Sam Sugar Daddy in Austin like always sending stupid stuff like that and then I leave the bar and I get a DM being like

I just saw you at like Buford's, which is the name of the bar. And I was so freaked out because I was like, you're telling me the whole time I was there, someone was, and I didn't post where I was. Neither of us posted where we were that night. So it's not even like he saw the post and was just kind of like messing with me. Like I didn't post where I was. So we had to have seen me. So like, I felt so icked out because I was like, that night was ruined. I was just like,

literally stalked. I know. Yeah, that's so sus. Yeah, I've had weird, weird encounters like that, too. But I like people come up to me in the gym. Like, that's my safe space. So, like, if you come up to me there, like, I'm, like, happy to take a picture. Like, say hi. And, like, when people tell me that they're, like, in the gym because of me, I'm like, okay, don't make me cry right now. Like, that's, like, the best feeling. So, yeah. Yeah, it's give and take with people coming up to you in public, for sure. There's a nice way to do it and a scary way to do it. It's

Oh, 100%. Yeah. One, one million percent. And I think what you said too about balancing like the going out, like it's really how like you mentally see it. Cause for us right now, like we get in time. So right now we're going out tonight. Cause it's like, okay, for us mentally right now, like we need it. Like we should go out, like we should be social. Like we've been fucking grinding content 24 seven for the last like two weeks. It's like, maybe we should get dressed up and go somewhere.

not even for the purpose of like yeah like not even for the purpose of like oh we're gonna like black out tonight but it's just like you know what maybe let's get out of the apartment you know and like go do something so it's definitely the mindset of like are you going out because like you said you're addicted to it and it's the only thing that makes you happy and you're just like drinking to like do like

just forget yeah forget everything or are you like actually like this is going to be fun for me yeah that's kind of how I was when I was like going through like my like binge eating it was more it was like both like it was like binge eating and drinking like um I like would drink like four to five times a week eat like couldn't stop just wouldn't stop and I was just like eating and drinking through emotion so like those are definitely trigger signs to like look out for yeah

Yeah. So with all of that that you do, you still, do you go to the gym, like a consistent schedule? Are you kind of just like, like whatever split works? Yeah, I go like six days a week, definitely. If not seven, if I just like need it. Like, I know I shouldn't, I know I should take rest days, but like, it makes me so happy. And it's just my, like, it's my biggest stress reliever for better or for worse. Like I need it to like a two hour, like gym sesh, like every day. And it's not like I'm working out two hours straight, but just like

including the bike to the gym and like it's relaxing and then like I don't know just working out and like yeah like a good sweat sesh with like my big or one of my girlfriends like I just need that it's like my therapy we're just talking to what we're doing again it's just like that's my free time of the day is the two hours I put aside like my self-care of the day too so it's like

it's a requirement yeah yeah when you if you were to choose would you do a morning afternoon or night workout like what's your go-to um if I didn't have school probably morning but because of school and work and stuff it's usually like afternoon-ish when I finish everything yeah yeah I think what you said about how like it's just like fun for you in your safe space everyone obviously it's about to be like a new year and stuff if you go into it with the mindset of like I need to do it because like

have to and without it I'm gonna like look terrible and like hate myself like that's never gonna work you have to really really enjoy it and feel like that's like why we go we go because rest days suck yeah like rest days are like what do we do all day like I love the gym like even if

sometimes I'd even go on rest days like before and just like walk on the treadmill like I like yeah I love like just because the environment makes me happy yeah I agree yeah as soon as I learned to work out not to punish myself like that's what changed it for me because that's what cardio is literally it's not about how many calories you burn it's about like hitting the new PRs and like gaining strength and with that comes building the physique you want to it's not

running for miles on end. Exactly. That's what we tried to do. We were talking about this in the car about, cause we passed a Barry's, which is like the, the really intense like treadmill workout class. Kind of like orange theory ish. Okay. No hate if you like to do that. But I was just saying like those classes are so intense.

hard and exhausting like so hard so exhausting it's literally an hour straight of pure like high heart rate movement I'm like you could just get a little lift in and see like

the same the same results if not better yeah if not better my physique is like built by like exactly weightlifting like you like better results and be less just drained like those classes are intense and I'm like that's not even like for what reward

I don't even know if we've asked you this. What are you like currently doing in terms of like your fitness goals? Like, are you just like kind of maintaining intuitive eating, like in a psych cut, what are you doing? Yeah. I mean, the thing is for me, like bikini season is year round. It's not just in the summer. And so I kind of like try to feel whatever makes me feel most confident. And so it's kind of like intuitive eating, like you were saying, I don't restrict myself because I'm

I just can't. I have a huge sweet tooth. I always like have dessert like every night, that kind of thing. But then, yeah, it's kind of like maintenance with weightlifting and I keep my split pretty consistent and I just kind of do what I enjoy. Like I realized if I was going to the gym, like to do cardio or whatever, because I felt like I needed to, like that's when the gains are going away and like the confidence is going away and whatever. So I'm just weightlifting, eating intuitively and like doing what makes me happy and feel like healthy. And yeah, I don't know. I mean, I was like, I kind of just,

I don't really bulk and cut. I guess I just maintain. If you had to put a label to it, but I don't really know. Yeah. Do you, obviously you said bikini season for you is all year round because you're constantly like shooting and whatnot. Do you have any like, like, is there anything you do like differently when there's like a shoot, like a way that you make sure you feel the most like confident and like ready to go? Like, what does it look like for you when you have like a shoot?

Yeah, that's a good question.

As good as maybe I thought I did when I just took my gym selfie three days before when I was following my normal sweat, normal eating. So I cut that out and I just eat my normal meals and I show up as I am. And I like know how to flex my body and be in tune with like my muscles and that kind of thing, like way more comfortably. So yeah.

I think, like, I had this false perception. If you look at, like, my early YouTube videos, if any of you are listening, just follow me there. But, like, it used to be, like, oh, here's my, like, pre-shoot, like, workout and eating thing. And now it's not like that at all because I realized, like, your body isn't going to change overnight. You're just going to be tired and depleted if you...

Exactly. Yeah. I'm happy we kind of brought that up because I had a client the other day, I upped her carbs, and she responded back she's like, Sam, it is literally so crazy that I'm eating more carbs, and my bloating is going away and my retention of water is going away like I've never felt so good eating more carbs and I'm like,

literally like facts like this is it like I'm telling you the more food you eat like the better for your body the better you feel inside your body the less bloating like so I'm really happy you did say that because a lot of people like um if we didn't even bring that up they would even be questioning like what exactly that's why I wanted to bring it up obviously we didn't put it in the list so um I've

I wanted to bring it up. Obviously, I was like, maybe that's still like, I don't know if that's like a sensitive thing. Maybe you still have trouble with that. So I was like, I hope she wants to answer this. But like, I feel like she'll give a good answer. I used to do the same thing. Like if I went to the beach, I wouldn't eat. Because all my friends wouldn't. Oh, yeah. But the thing is, I'd always want to like be like my friends who like would go the whole day and not eat. But the thing is, like, I have a raging appetite.

Like, so they would just kind of be like, I haven't eaten anything today and I'd be like, guys, I'm starving. Like, are you guys not like dying? And they're just like, no, I have like, I have a coffee. Like, I'm totally okay. Like I brought grapes and I'm like, no, that's not going to cut it. I'm like, I need like, I never understood that.

how people do it. And then finally I'd post like, I'm at the beach right now. And I ate two meals and people would be like, well, easy when you look like that, like blah, blah. And I'm like, well, like you can do it too. Like, yeah, you can do it too. Like you can get to like a place where you are confident. And obviously we're not saying like before a boutique shoot, Claire just eats a fricking giant Big Mac. If she wants one, like, obviously you're going to be like

you know, like eat things that sit well in your stomach. Like, yeah, I enjoy it, but yeah, exactly. Like you're not, I'm not just saying like, even if you're going to have something important, eat like crap. Like you obviously want to feel nice. You eat things that make you feel good, that are enough calories that sit well in your stomach.

Because even for me, if I have a shoot or something, something might be healthy, but it might make me bloated. If it's a lot of, like, veggies or something, that's, like, not going to sit right. Yeah, and it's different for everyone, too. It's different for everyone, exactly. Even, like, Taylor and I, like, sometimes, like, before we're, like, going out or, like, something like that, we just don't want to, like, be super bloated or, like, feel like our food's not digesting properly before we're going out. Like, no one wants to

freaking feel like that like she'll eat something completely different than i will eat that's like it's well with her stomach and i'm just like so crazy like yeah you'd be like how can you eat that like you're not gonna feel like sick i'm like no yeah no i'm like no not at all and like everyone's bodies digest like different things like different categories of foods way easier so it's like you can't put a label as like oh

certain things are bad. Like don't eat that. It's like, no, your body like processes and stuff. Yeah, exactly. Like I've said this a million times. Cause I think it's a funny example. Baby carrots literally destroy my stomach and make me so bloated. And for most people, if they're like trying to lose weight, they'd be like, help.

the snack and I'm like no worst snack ever for me like that sucks like carrots and hummus literally make me look like three months pregnant immediately it's like I think that's just a funny example because people would be like low calorie snack like this is gonna make me like skinny yeah and it's like well not me not me I can't do it I can even like think of one off the top of my head I just know it's that yeah but I know

I have so many and I, yeah, I can't even like think right now. Yes. I do need to eat after this. I am hungry. I saw your, your story about being hungry and wanting food racks and I'm like, Oh my God, I hope she gets food. Like I will actually not Austin. I meant Houston food racks. I will send them to you after. I just don't, I don't know where you're obviously located right now, but I'll send them to you. But yeah, I think that was pretty good. We pretty much covered everything that we want to talk, talk about. Yeah. I mean, I think it was awesome. I think it's just a good, um,

um, like, kind of role models, just being, like, a strong fucking woman. Yeah. Like, strong, like, I mean, like, lift-wise, but also, like, just, like, owning your shit. Mm-hmm. Yeah. No, and I see that in you guys, too, and I am so inspired by the way that you guys have followed your passion and then built it around a female audience. Like,

I love my boys, like, go off kings, but, like, I would also love to, like, experience that, like, talking to your own gender and speaking on your own issues that are, like, in a relatable way that kind of, like, only the female experience really is something that you can encapsulate, you know? Well, you're a really good speaker. I'm really proud of you guys, too. Yeah, you are an amazing speaker. You're a great speaker.

thank you yeah so if guys if you guys are not following claire already you need to do so so we'll have that what will that be in the description description box down below i don't freaking know taylor's the one that puts up the podcast and does the description box yes it'll be in the description obviously you could also just search her name yeah true name also we always post on the podcast page who the guest is so all the guests are like

tagged on the podcast page obviously yeah but yeah I think that was awesome I think that was so fun I love that so if you guys um are listening to this when it comes out make sure to go to Claire's Instagram and spam the crap out of her most recent Instagram um post we usually have um whoever's listening to go to your post and just like comment that they came from it and like like it and do all that so it's cool to see like who listened and who wants to you know spread the love and

such so i think that's it okay well bye guys bye guys
