This is the sound of your ride home with dad after he caught you vaping. Awkward, isn't it? Most vapes contain seriously addictive levels of nicotine and disappointment. Know the real cost of vapes. Brought to you by the FDA.

Good morning and welcome to Bungie in a report early edition. Sorry for the laced art guys. Again, I'm your host, Evita. Judge Tanya Chutkin releases Jack Smith's 165-page report on Trump.

MSNBC invited an anti-Trump impeachment witness to slam Trump and it didn't go as planned. Witnesses are alleging that Doug Emhoff, Kamala's husband, violently assaulted his ex-girlfriend 12 years ago. Kamala Harris offers the hurricane disaster victims meager relief funds. FEMA spends millions on illegals. Kamala

Kamala reportedly did not attend any of the pre-hurricane season preparedness meetings. Elon Musk and Trump bring free internet to affected regions. Representative Byron Donald epically holds Kamala accountable for inflation. And Scott Jennings puts CNN to shame on abortion. All this on Bongina Report, early edition.

Yesterday, just over one month before Election Day, U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkin unsealed Special Counsel Jack Smith's 165-page report on former President Donald Trump's D.C. criminal case related to January 6th. And of course, all the loaded allegations, insinuations, and narratives in this report, Trump is essentially barred from refuting until after the election. Super convenient.

At the same time, the Biden-Harris administration has moved to delay the release of Joe Biden's vice presidential records, which includes details of Hunter Biden's sketchy foreign business dealings, until, get this date, November 6th. Yeah, you heard that right. One day after the election. Then we can learn about the Biden crime family. You guys see the game that's being played here?

It's just more dirty tricks. They strategically released the 165 page legal filing against Trump a month before the election and are hiding Biden's damning records until after the elections. This is, of course, deliberate. You guys all know it. You guys are smart. It's manipulation.

of the legal system to influence this upcoming election as they've been doing the entire time since Trump left office. Actually, while Trump was in office and before he was in office. We've been seeing this election interference over and over again. And I hate to say this, what else is new? We should be outraged by this article, by these revelations. And I'm just not outraged anymore. It's just become the new normal in America. That's how far we've descended.

This is what we become accustomed to. Justice, due process, integrity, it is all dead. I don't know if you're somebody who's a little older in the chat and you want to respond to this. Do you still feel outraged by these revelations? To me, it just seems sort of like this is what we are as Americans today.

We have a fully weaponized legal system. There is no justice. There is no election integrity. It makes you feel really helpless about the future. It makes me feel as a young person, like I'm not inheriting the kind of America that my parents had always wanted.

envisioned and put, when you idealize it to your children, we're the greatest country in the world. We have the founding fathers and a constitution unlike anywhere else. We've inspired freedom everywhere across the globe. All of these things and the mythos of America begin to fall apart. And so I don't know if some of the older people in the chat feel the same way I do. Maybe it's just, you know, a younger person thing, but it makes me feel really, really, uh,

Sad, I think, for the future. Really discouraged. One thing yesterday that did give me some hope is that maybe people are waking up to it. At least people are aware of the lawfare. MSNBC invited an anti-Trump impeachment witness to slam Trump as a so-called threat to democracy. But something else happened during that interview when host Ari Melber asked the guest if he was voting for Trump. Take a listen.

A no for you after that. Why was it important for you to say no more Trump because of his January 6th conduct? And do you stand by that? No, I don't stand by it. And I'll tell you why. I've now lived four years under the Biden-Harris policies.

And I have to say that those policies are not only becoming an existential threat to our country's way of life, but to our allies as well. So when it has to. No, no, no. I'll let you finish. No, I want to finish. You said it was a no for me after that. I did. And here we are right now. I did. And you're saying it's a yes for you. It is a yes for me. It is an absolute yes for me. That is how badly.

the Biden-Harris team have prosecuted their job. But the whole point you seem to be making was that January 6th and that kind of attack on democracy is bigger than any policy. I am seeing so many attacks on democracy that eclipse January 6th. So I want to ask Sarah, if you want to ask me what those are. Who's the real threat to this country? An anti-Trump impeachment witness says the Democrats.

It's huge. Drop a comment. Tell me if you have any middle of the road or even Democrat friends or family who have started to awaken to the Democrats' assault on election integrity and the First Amendment, among other things, the full weaponization of our government. Maybe this is just one guy who is obviously somebody who's very anti-Trump, who believed that January 6th was an insurrection.

And now he's changed his tune completely because he's become aware of what the Democrats are doing. Really hopeful soundbite. I want to know from you guys if you have noticed this in your life from people who might not like Trump, who might not be Republicans, but are waking up. Especially if you're somebody who grew up in the 1960s. I mean, I think about, you know, the free speech movement on the college campuses during that time period. I can't believe that people who lived through that era...

are okay with the democrats assault on the first amendment today they are actively directing social media companies to censor speech adam schiff just sent a letter to social media companies yesterday demanding that they increase their censorship efforts to curtail so-called disinformation and again disinformation is just information that they find inconvenient fever

We're going to switch gears here.

To cover this really explosive story from the Daily Mail that three witnesses have come forward to accuse Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, of hitting on, sorry, of actually hitting his ex-girlfriend over 12 years ago at a very high profile event. Three friends of this woman, of Doug Emhoff's ex-girlfriend, told the Daily Mail about the alleged attack in 2012 on the condition that neither they nor the woman who was allegedly attacked

who has been now identified, who has been identified as Jane as a pseudonym, that none of them be named out of fear of retaliation. Two of the friends say that Jane told them about the incident right after it happened, while the third friend said that Jane told her several years later. And the report said that Emhoff and Jane were in line waiting for a taxi as they were leaving this fancy event when Jane went and tipped a valet hoping to get moved to the front of the line.

During the interaction, Jane allegedly placed her hand on the valet's shoulder. And Imhoff thought that she was hitting on the valet. So in retaliation and anger, Doug allegedly smacked Jane across the face so hard that she spun around. Now, notably, the ex-girlfriend, Jane, has declined to comment on this incident. Hasn't denied it.

And of course, I believe that you are innocent until proven guilty. And what I see here is a lot of anonymous reports with really no proof other than hearsay. There's one woman who should believe this story right off the bat. Here's Kamala in 2018. And she posted this during the Kavanaugh appointment hearings. We're black today in support of all survivors of sexual assault or abuse. We won't let them be silenced or ignored. Hashtag believe survivors.

At the time, Kamala immediately, with no evidence, declared that she believed Christine Blasey Ford's allegations that Brett Kavanaugh forced himself on her at a high school party. Kamala also tweeted in 2018, I stand with women across every industry today to say hashtag time's up on abuse, harassment, marginalization, and underrepresentation. She said this to mark the organization dedicated to serving abused women as part of the hashtag MeToo movement.

And then in May 2017, Kamala also posted, "We need to take crimes against women and children more seriously. Crimes like human trafficking, domestic violence, and child abuse." Like this stuff comes back to bite you. Due process, real evidence, you need these things. "Believe all women" is a terrible line. And Kamala put her full weight behind it. I want to talk about Doug because he's had a lot to say.

about other men in recent months. He had a lot to say about masculinity in America. Here he is discussing so-called toxic masculinity this week.

A guy, well two guys who actually not only don't trust women but are literally running on a platform of authoritarianism and misogyny. That literally should be their slogan because that's what it is. So you want people who literally are outwardly misogynistic in their policies and the way they talk about women and the policies in which they've already enacted and have talked about enacting.

or Kamala Harris and Tim Walls. It's completely binary. What does it mean to be a man in Doug's view? What is misogyny? Whatever it means, Doug has been hailed for supposedly redefining masculinity. Here he is with Jen Psaki.

about your role here is how your role has reshaped the perception of masculinity. And I'm not sure you planned on that, but you are a incredibly supportive spouse. Has that been an evolution for you? And do you think that's part of the role you might play as first gentleman? It's funny. I've started to think a lot about this. I've always been like this. My dad was like this. And to me, it's the... Michael says that's a shame. He's always been like this. Apparently...

Apparently. What does redefining masculinity mean? Certainly, Doug Emhoff, oh, somebody said, somebody comments, Doug is low T. He is low T. So then the question is, what does redefining masculinity mean? And certainly, as this person commented, Doug Emhoff is low T. So it is a departure from what we would conceive as traditional masculinity, whatever the masculinity is that Doug is promoting. And is that a good thing?

Doug Emhoff impregnated his child's nanny and potentially paid for the nanny's abortion. One user tweeted in response to this news about him potentially assaulting his ex-girlfriend, quote, shocking news about Doug Emhoff. Who knew a man who enthusiastically supports ripping babies limb from limb would have violent tendencies? And this is a great point. True masculinity, particularly the Christian understanding of masculinity,

is responsibility and sacrifice for the well-being and protection of those weaker than you. This is why any man who supports abortion is a walking red flag. Doug Emhoff isn't redefining masculinity. He's rejecting it wholesale and replacing it with something dangerous. We don't know if these allegations against Doug are true or not. I'd never jump on that bandwagon and say whether I thought either which way. But what I can tell you with certainty

is that weak, unmasculine, selfish men who cannot control their sexual appetites and who support killing the most innocent among us so men can skirt responsibility, those are the most dangerous people in our society. They are the most dangerous, dangerous people. They are a threat to society. And that's why soundbites like this from MSNBC in reaction to the VP debate, they really get on my nerves. Take a listen.

- Muting power. - Once, yeah. - And I actually think if you're a woman, that might be the worst moment J.D. Vance had because he was gonna mansplain right over that mute button. He was, and again, I don't pretend to know how everyone will react to this. I think that a lot of women

in positions of authority that should command respect just by virtue of that dynamic will see themselves in some dude that disrespected them and talked over. You know, I mean, there was a moment like that with with the vice presidential in the Harris Pence debate where she's mansplaining.

It seems like an SNL sketch at this point. They're just be clowning themselves. They're just buzzwords. It's called debating. J.D. Vance was debating. Tim Walz was doing the same thing. Not as well, but he was trying. And they're only attaching that phrase mansplaining to J.D. Vance because he's a man guilty of saying things that they don't like.

The left's outrage is always performative and the real predators in our society go ignored. Their care and concern for so-called marginalized people in society, like women, somehow always benefits the left's political aims. The woman who accused J.D. of mansplaining

and the women who have cried "Believe all women" in 2017 are all the same people who say nothing about Emhoff, nothing about Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton not only took advantage of his underling Monica Lewinsky, but he was a frequent clientele of child trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton, DNC, the Epstein buddy and woman abuser. The left doesn't have morals. They have progress.

If a policy like abortion or a pedophile, alleged pedophile, like Bill Clinton, benefits so-called progress, then morals be damned. And that's why all their feminist posturing is so transparently fake. They enable bad, dangerous men in society. All right. And I'll make one more point on this. This is why a Democrat utopia society exists.

Like in Chicago or LA. These are dangerous places. These are places where chaos and society falls apart. That's why you see things go so haywire in Democrat cities. They don't have moral standards. They enable bad actors. Everything is in the name of progress. And when it's in the name of progress and not authentic morality informed by the Christian faith, really bad things happen. And really bad men amass power.

All right, switching gears here to discuss Hurricane Helene. The National Weather Service released this view from space illustrating the trail of darkness left by Hurricane Helene. You guys just take a look at it. It's truly incredible. You can see the hurricane path and there is no light. If you're listening, no light along the path of the hurricane. The storm took out everything. It just really exemplifies the

the devastation that has impacted these communities. So yesterday, Kamala Harris was on the ground in Georgia two days after Trump was already there. And this is what she offered the hurricane victims. And the federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met. $750.

$750 for those who lost everything. And it's not even the amount that's insulting. There was a time in American history when a disaster came and there was no federal assistance. When the great Chicago fire occurred in 1871, Chicagoans rebuilt the city of Chicago on their own.

Neighbors, friends, family, wealthy local businessmen, they came together as a community and financially and physically rebuilt the city of Chicago with zero federal assistance. Zero. Not a penny. It was truly remarkable. The reason that the $750 should make every American's blood boil is that it's not 1871 anymore.

Today, Americans pay an obscene amount of money to the government in taxes compared to the 1800s, and yet we Americans do not see the benefits. Not at all. You know who does? Ukraine. Israel.

The flippin' Taliban. Our money goes to the Taliban. To illegals who break our laws and are destroying our infrastructure. We pay them. FEMA spent $600, I'm sorry, sorry, $640 million on illegal immigrants this year. $640 million on illegals from FEMA. What's FEMA doing paying illegals?

Zelensky got $8 billion just last week after he performed a little campaign stunt for Kamala. Our leaders are laughing at us. This is the Hunger Games meets Marie Antoinette. It should finish Kamala Harris. This is a career-ending situation that not only reflects poorly on Kamala, but also on Democrats in general who prioritize illegals and Ukraine over Americans.

I want you guys to listen to Jonathan Howard, who is a member of the Florida State Guard Special Missions Unit, and he's also been working with a nonprofit called Aerial Recovery to help save lives in the affected areas. This video is a little longer than something I usually play, but it gives some really great insights into what is happening on the ground, and it gives insights into the state's egregious inaction. Take a listen.

Here's the problem. I'm going to tell you everything that's happening from the ground, what I'm actually seeing, because what they're telling you is complete bulls**t on the news, and these politicians don't have a flu, and they're lying. And I'll say this now, and I'll say it at the end of the video. The only thing I need from this video is helicopters.

If I have helicopters, I can save lives. Without helicopters, I can't reach these people. It doesn't matter how many chainsaws and trucks I got. I can't get to them. They're 10 miles in, 20 miles, 40 miles in the mountains. There's no way to get with them or even communicate with them. I am literally flying around in a civilian helicopter looking for SOS messages carved in the mud or paint on the ground, and we're dropping down and saving them.

What got me fired up about this was yesterday, me and my team did the rescue of that 11-day-old baby. And all these government officials and social media, they're showing that video, that pictures and video of that rescue and claiming that, like, they have some, like, government helped with that. And, I mean, it...

Even USA, I think it was USA Today wrote an article about it saying it was a Florida National Guard that went and got it like with a helicopter. No, it was me, my buddy Charlie and a civilian named Zeb with his own personal helicopter out of Wilmington, North Carolina. Like without that civilian, that baby would be dead. And the old lady we went and rescued after that, she'd be dead too because she had one day left of oxygen. No one was going to go get them.

I will tell you when we go up in the air, I probably see 40 civilian helicopters. I might see two Blackhawks, National Guard, military, whatever they are. That's it. No one's out there doing rescues. I have my entire team up here from Florida right now, and they have no ability to go rescue these people other than what they can drive to. The people that are in dire need, their

They're out in the mountains. They are completely cut off. We're in Nashville and I saw two Air Force helicopter 60s and I knew there were PJs just looking at them. And I went up to him like, hey guys, like what are y'all doing? And like, this is what you need to be doing. This is how I'm finding people. And they're like, we can't go. We're waiting on title 10 orders.

And I'm like, what? They just, they can't get any authority. There's military helicopters all over here sitting on the ground and they can't do nothing. Even my JSOC boys in Fayetteville, they can't get orders to come out here. It is just the most disgusting thing. And they're killing these people. And I don't know why they're doing it. I don't know what kind of conspiracy. I've heard so many things, whatever you want to come up with, but they are literally allowing these people to fucking die in the mountains right now because we can't get helicopters.

They got money for everything else in the fucking world right now, but if they could just get us helicopters, we could fly out there and rescue these people. So our government's not doing anything. You have civilians. I don't know if we got to that in the video, but he was talking about how the guy whose helicopter they were using, he's paying out of his own pocket to refuel the helicopter. His equipment, his fuel...

civilians' time, civilians' resources, they're doing the legwork. Our government isn't doing anything. The aid is not coming to the people who need it. It's a catastrophic failure. And it's not that Kamala can do no good in my book. I want to be fair here. There is an opportunity for Kamala to lead. Sure, she's prioritized illegals and foreign aid, and there's no way getting around that. She's in trouble. But she could at least, in this moment,

lead in this disaster. She could do something. She could organize these rescue efforts. She could get rid of the red tape. She could make it as easy as possible for the resources that we have in the affected areas to actually go and rescue people, make things happen. She could do her job and inspire us all. She's never done her job. She's too busy trying to amass more power to do anything with the power that she has now.

Now, when President Donald Trump and Mike Pence were, yes, thank you, Michael. Michael made a little meme, let them eat cake, and it's Kamala Harris. And I mean, that is what it feels like. It's an abandonment of the people.

Now, when President Donald Trump and Mike Pence were in office, they held pre-hurricane season preparedness meetings with federal emergency officials each of their four years in office. And likewise, President Biden had similar meetings in 2021, 2022, and 2023. However, Kamala Harris reportedly did not join these meetings or hold her own parallel events. And here's the thing about being president.

You actually have to do a job. Boring briefings are part of the gig. And what this demonstrates, again, is that Kamala is a woman who isn't interested in rolling up her sleeves and doing the job. She's not even doing the job that she has now. Kamala isn't a doer. She's not a policymaker. She doesn't believe in anything. She's here to take orders from the permanent state. That's the only reason someone so...

Obviously low IQ could get into the position that she's in now. Meanwhile, Trump, who isn't even president, is actually doing something. He coordinated with Elon Musk, who has made SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service free over the next month for everyone living in the areas impacted by Hurricane Helene.

And Elon pointed out that had the government not been waging lawfare against Starlink, like they are against Trump, and retaliation for Elon promoting free speech on X, a lot of people in these remote areas impacted by the hurricane would have internet already. Again, back to the lawfare. Our permanent state, our government, is actively punishing patriots who care about the people. Think about Elon's crime here. Daring to own an app with authentic free speech as prescribed in our constitution.

and they're punishing him we have truly descended to a new low switching gears here representative byron donalds went on the breakfast club podcast and left his co-panelists absolutely speechless when he started discussing inflation and kamala's role in creating our inflationary economy and this clip

He lays out perfectly why Kamala is to blame for the soaring prices that people, Americans are experiencing. Take a listen.

I would argue we're not really thriving right now. This inflation, which by the way was brought to us by Kamala Harris, has really slowed down people from being able to excel. By Kamala? Yes. The vice president. Oh, oh Charlamagne. It's still the president. Charlamagne, listen man. When Joe Biden wanted to do his American rescue plan, Kamala Harris was the tie-breaking vote in the United States Senate. She broke the tie that started this inflation that has hurt so many people in our country. Everybody listening to your show, it's not true?

First of all, it's a tie-breaking vote. You sure you want to go there? You sure you want to go there? Okay, let's go there. You got notes. You got notes, Angela, right?

That's fine. I have notes too. I'm going to give it to Charlamagne. The biggest note I have today is that on every question I've asked, I don't even want to hold it. Because Angela, hold on now. For every infrastructure project in your community, you should go out and thank Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the Congress that voted for the American Rescue Plan. That's what should be happening. Larry Summers wrote an op-ed back in 2021. Larry Summers was the Treasury Secretary for Bill Clinton. He was an economic advisor to Barack Obama.

He said that the American rescue plan that Joe Biden wanted, that Kamala Harris was the tie-breaking vote in the United States Senate, would create a massive inflation that we have not seen in a generation. Well, guess what? Larry Summers was correct. You know who also was correct, Angela? I was. Because I was in the budget committee when they brought the bill. And I said in that committee, it's going to cause massive inflation. That's what happened.

So the problem we have in our economy today is that prices have gone up massively, wages adjusted for inflation is down, people's pocketbooks are hurting. What Byron did there is so important. The Breakfast Club podcast has a very large black audience and right wingers. We generally think that we're never going to win people that listen to the Breakfast Club. So we steer clear of platforms like that because

They think it's not worth it. It's not worth our time. It is. I know Candice Owens has been on the Breakfast Club podcast too. This is how you change hearts and minds. Breaking the echo chamber is the first step to reaching people.

You're not going to start changing your mind on a topic that you've heard no alternative perspective on. So good on Byron. He handled that perfectly and corrected the record on something so crucial that so many of the listeners at the Breakfast Club podcast had probably never even heard before. Democrats are doing everything in their power right now to disassociate Kamala from the disaster that we are living in.

from the foreign policy disaster, from the economic disaster, from the invasion of the third world into our country, they are trying to disassociate her. And bringing it back to her, holding her accountable is one of the most crucial things that all of us can be doing in the lead up to this election with our friends and our family. Dispelling that narrative, dismantling it,

I want to bring it back to abortion. We touched on it with Doug Emhoff, but I want to discuss an exchange on CNN between Republican strategist Scott Jennings and former Biden presidential campaign aide Ashley Allison. Take a listen. This is what Kamala Harris and Tim Walz believes is that is none of your business what women do with their body. And so stay out of our doctor's offices and stay out of our bed. Well, I guess I have to speak up for the babies. They're not here to speak for themselves. Lord have mercy. Let's check back in.

Michael said it's a female version of mansplaining. Listen, if you're listening, the facial expressions here are pretty incredible. Allison did the biggest eye roll that I've ever seen at Jennings on national TV. She's so angry talking about women's bodies and telling men to stay out of it. And Jennings says, you know what? I'm going to stand up for the babies. And I loved his answer and his demeanor. He came off much kinder and much more measured than Allison. And to me, that's a real man.

There's someone who has compassion for the innocent, doing what's morally right, even though there are a lot of people on that, actually everyone on that panel at CNN, who are shaming him. Abortion is a really hard issue when you factor in different circumstances, but the morality of it is not gray. It's a black and white issue. I want to end with a pretty amazing video from Brazil of an unborn baby reacting to her dad's voice.

Nene do pai, mas meu Deus do céu gente. Ela tá feliz, meu Deus do céu. Bebê, mas gente do céu. Nene do pai, mas meu Deus do céu gente.

First of all, the technology has gotten really amazing. You guys know I'm one of nine kids, so I've seen a lot of photographs of ultrasounds and they have gotten incredibly sophisticated over the years. Really undeniable, you know, the humanity of unborn children as the technology advances. And if you're listening...

You can see the 32-week-old pre-born girl's whole face visibly and clearly light up when her dad speaks. It was an amazing, amazing, remarkable, beautiful video. And I watched it and was struck by a simple truth. There are so many good regular people out there, especially here in America.

Among everyday Americans, there are countless people like Jonathan stepping up to save lives, making a difference in their communities because they love their communities. There are regular people out there who are just defending and protecting and providing for their families. Good people who live normal lives and are guided by the values that our country was founded on, the Christian principles that the founders envisioned us to be guided in our day-to-day lives.

and the contrast between these selfless citizens in everyday life and our so-called leaders is staggering think about the epstein scandal the pd scandal each one revealing the rot within the ranks of our leadership the ranks of our influencer class these aren't people of character they're corrupt and they're poisoning society instead of serving it

And what this country desperately needs is strong moral leadership. Leaders who are genuinely invested in the well-being of the people. We need many women in power who feel the kind of responsibility and love that a good man feels for his family. Leadership should be about protection, guidance, defense, not exploitation.

We aren't a tax base to be drawn from to fund conflicts in Ukraine and Israel and elsewhere while our own are suffering and dying. We need leaders who view their duty as a solemn obligation, not an opportunity for self-enrichment. Not only then can we rebuild a society worthy of its people.
