Did you know that on average we make 35,000 choices a day? Some good, some not so good. I'm Jenny Garth and I have a brand new podcast called I Choose Me. Those three words, I choose me, were said by my character, Kelly Taylor, on Beverly Hills 90210 way back in 1995.
What started as a line in a script has become a guiding force for me. I've learned that loving yourself is not selfish because when you choose yourself, you unlock a life that aligns with your values and passions. On this pod, I am going to share my life with you on a whole new level. My hope is that by sharing my stories, we can all learn a little something about ourselves and we can unapologetically start to prioritize our own well-being.
