Special counsel Jack Smith has already subpoenaed former Vice President Pence to testify before a grand jury but he told reporters he’s “going to fight” the subpoena because it’s “unconstitutional and unprecedented.” Elliot Williams is a former Deputy Assistant Attorney General during the Obama administration.
