Key congressional leaders and the Trump administration are trying to strike a deal on a nearly $500 billion package that would replenish funding for small businesses and provide additional money for hospitals and coronavirus testing. One of the sticking points to negotiations is how to run an effective national testing strategy. Harvard professor Danielle Allen explains why she's advocating for a massive increase in testing-5 million a day by early June and then 20 million a day by late July-to fully remobilize the economy.
