With about 56 percent of all U.S. coronavirus coming out of the New York City metro area, a member of the White House's task force says anyone who's recently left the region should self-quarantine for 14 days to try and slow the spread of the virus. That specific guideline isn't on the CDC or the White House website. Dr. Sanjay Gupta joins Anderson Cooper to discuss Dr. Deborah Birx's comments.
