A federal appeals court has put a Texas law that allows local police to arrest and deport migrants accused of illegally entering the United States back on hold. This decision came just hours after the Supreme Court decided the law can be enforced. Another obstacle in implementing this law is that Mexico said it will not accept migrants expelled by Texas “under any circumstances."
