The first witnesses to the October 7th Hamas terror attacks were EMTs responding to calls of help. One such EMT group is 'United Hatzalah', made up of Israeli volunteers trained for mass casualty events. The terror attack has stories of both victims and heroes, and both are equally horrifying.
