Not only has Russia backed out of a deal that would let much needed grain leave Ukraine to needy nations, Russia has now begun to bomb wheat stores and ports with ships filled with grain. It is a major threat to worldwide food supplies and prices. FOX's Ryan Schmelz speaks with Greg Palkot, FOX's Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent currently in Kyiv, about the attacks on the grain stores and a recent thwarted assassination plot against the Ukrainian president.
