France has faced days of rioting with police stations and town halls being burned, thousands of arrests and hundreds injured after a teenager was shot and killed during a traffic stop.  FOX's John Saucier speaks with Tiana Lowe Doescher, commentary writer for the Washington Examiner, about the reaction to the rioting and the old underlying social reasons that are part of the unrest.
