It is a holiday of sorts for the marijuana industry but not all business owners are reaping the rewards as smaller operations are struggling for profits. High taxation rates and federal restrictions on interstate trade have also hindered the business. FOX's John Saucier speaks with Heather Dunbar, Director of Marketing and Communications at 'Sun+Earth Certified', about the current state of the industry and some of the obstacles it is now facing.
