Price of oil surged after a group of OPEC+ countries announce surprise cuts in production. This as the Biden administration has called on oil producers to increase output in order to drive down energy costs and in turn decrease inflation. FOX's Eben Brown spoke with Ed Lawrence, White House Correspondent for the FOX Business Network, about this announcement and its impact on everyday Americans.
