Evening Edition: Russian Jet Collision With U-S Drone Approved By Kremlin Leadership 16:15

A new report says that the 'highest levels' of the Russian government approved the aggressive behavior that downed a U-S reaper drone over the Black Sea. Now, the Russian Black Sea fleet is most likely searching for the drone. FOX's Eben Brown spoke with FOX's Mike Tobin, reporting from Kyiv, Ukraine, about the downed drone and Poland promising to send Ukraine fighter jets.
