A helicopter crash in a suburb of the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv has killed Ukraine's Interior Minister and more than a dozen people including a child. Hours after the crash Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed world leaders and business experts at the World Economic Forum, calling for a moment of silence for the victims of the crash and world unity in support against Russia.
