Come inside,
As you sink into your bed.
And let the day fade away.
The tasks and thoughts,
Want to shield you from the truth.
There’s something deeper at play.
PAUSE…
An uncomfortable hum,
Vibrates from within you,
You feel it deep within your core.
You may not be clear,
Why it’s inside,
It’s one you can no longer ignore.
PAUSE…
So breathe deeply now,
And don’t be afraid,
Of the emotions that lie underneath.
Relax from within,
And trust in the night,
And release all that lies beneath.
It may be fear,
It may be sadness,
That’s swirling around inside.
You may not know,
Exactly why it’s there,
But, my love, there’s no reason to hide.
PAUSE…
It’s a part of you,
Whatever it is,
No matter how foreign it feels.
You’ll find such love,
Unraveling what’s here,
I promise, revealing it heals.
LONG PAUSE (2 MINS)…
Breathe in deeply now,
Let the air fill you up,
And gather everything beneath.
Then breathe out fully,
All the way till the end,
And release what lies underneath.
LONG PAUSE…
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Let the rhythm soothe your soul.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
You are beautiful, you are whole.
PAUSE…
Relax, dear one,
And let your body melt,
Into the depths of the night.
It’s safe for you here,
So open your heart,
And trust you’ll be guided tonight.
PAUSE…
The emotions will clear,
There’s no reason to grasp,
There’s freedom in letting go.
So surrender deeper now,
And know that you’ll wake,
Fresh and ready to glow.
PAUSE…
So sleep now, my love,
Everything is okay,
There’s divine magic at play.
So connect deeply within,
To the universal soul,
She will always show you the way.
