Lay your head down,

And let your eyes get heavy.

The night has come at last. 

PAUSE…

Breathe in the calm,

And breathe out the tension,

The sea of silence in front of you is vast.

PAUSE...

As you stand on its edge,

And stare out into its waves,

Its salty peace envelopes you.

PAUSE…

So you board your boat,

And set out to sail,

Knowing the sea of silence will renew.

You come here because,

Life feels so loud,

At times it’s way too much.

PAUSE…

But be warned, dear one,

With silence comes truth,

So prepare to feel, to learn, to touch.

PAUSE…

With truth comes freedom,

So rest deeply in that,

Knowing you’re living aligned.

PAUSE…

And that is where the beauty lies,

That is the gift,

That is how the sea of silence was designed.

PAUSE…

So let yourself go,

Let all those thoughts flee,

All that exists is now.

PAUSE…

Feel the wind kiss your cheeks,

And trust the stars above,

As you stop steering and just allow.

PAUSE…

The sea of silence heals,

And fills you with peace,

With every inhale you take.

PAUSE…

She welcomes your dark,

She honors your light,

She’s one with you till you wake.

PAUSE…

So surrender even more,

Your mind, your body, your soul,

To the sea of silence tonight.

PAUSE…

She’ll carry you through,

To the promise of tomorrow,

Leaving you ready to shine your light.
