Relax into the soft hammock of the tropical island tonight, 

Melted into the soft cushions beneath you,

Gently swaying side to side, 

Rocked into deep sleep by the soothing sounds of the tropical island lullaby.

So breathe deeply,

And relax completely.

Bringing yourself to your tropical island tonight.

You have permission to slow down here.

You are free to stop doing,

And just be.

Deeply relaxed and present on your calm island. 

PAUSE…

So sink into the welcoming arms of your hammock,

Letting its cushions support you and comfort you in all the right places.

Allow your breathing to slow down,

And fall into rhythm with the swaying of your hammock.

In and out,

Side to side,

Relaxing,

And slowing down.

PAUSE…

Feel the warmth of the night on your skin,

Softening your body to the night,

While the cool breezes of the ocean softly kiss your face.

PAUSE…

Listen to the music of the trees as the wind rushes through,

And the calm waves of the ocean brush the shores.

This is your lullaby,

Your special orchestra of the tropical island,

Playing just for you.

So let your body unfold,

Open to receiving its songs, 

Ready to be gently and lovingly carried into the tropical heavens of peaceful sleep.
