Namaste friends, I welcome you to the podcast from the bottom of my heart. In the last episode, we heard about Veer and Shreya's first meeting in the online world and their initial relationship. So let's listen to the story ahead.
A few moments ago, the lost connection had become a nightmare for Veer. The next day, he was restless in the office. He was constantly waiting for Archer's message. Finally, he sat in front of the computer in a daze and logged in to the game. He breathed his last when he saw that Archer was online already. "Archer!" Veer shouted with excitement.
After a while, Archer replied, "Businessman, you disconnected very strongly last night." Veer apologized and said that his internet connection was lost. Then he asked, "Did you see my message?" Archer replied in a low voice, "Look, I was a little confused yesterday." Veer understood. He slowly asked, "Did you get my idea?"
Archer replied after a while. Look, businessmen, this is an online world. We don't even know each other. Who knows how you will be in real life? Veer thought that Shreya might have misunderstood him. He explained, you are misunderstanding me, Archer. I just want to meet you as a friend. Anyway, isn't online friendship real?
After a while, Archer replied, "Maybe you're right, but I'm still..." His words remained incomplete. Meanwhile, the other players who were playing with him in the game started asking him to be ready for the next level. Veer and Shreya had to stop their conversation.
Even after the game ended, their conversation continued. Veer made Shreya believe that he never wanted to harm her. He only wanted her friendship. Maybe it affected his words. Maybe after some time, Shreya got a little confidence. She told Veer that she can think about meeting in a cafe. But on one condition.
What condition? Veer asked with enthusiasm. That you will tell me before meeting me what you do in real life and where you live. Shreya replied. Veer found this condition absolutely justified. He told Shreya that he lives in Mumbai and works in a corporate company. Shreya also told him that she lives in Delhi and is a graphic designer.
Veer and Shreya's meeting plan was almost ready. On one hand, Veer was happy that Shreya agreed to meet. On the other hand, he was also afraid that Shreya might not be the same in real life as she looks online. Will their online relationship be able to play in the real world?
This question was constantly wandering in Veer's mind. Meanwhile, Veer got a new project for which he had to go to Delhi for a few weeks. Hearing this news, happiness and fear both rose in Veer's heart. The happiness was that now he might be able to meet Shreya soon. And the fear was that Shreya might find it wrong that he is going to Delhi to meet him.
Before going to Delhi, Veer told Shriya that she has some work in Delhi. She asked carefully that can she meet him? Shriya remained quiet for some time. Then she answered in a low voice, "Maybe yes, but it will only happen if your work is in my area." Veer immediately told that his hotel is near the place where Shriya lives.
She also told him that she will get some time after work. So can she meet him? Shreya took some time to think. Veer was impatiently waiting for his answer. Finally, one day Shreya's message came. Okay, trader, we can meet. But only for one coffee.
Veer happily waved his hand. He quickly replied, "Absolutely Archer, just for one coffee." After reaching Delhi, Veer kept waiting to meet Shreya every moment. Finally, after work, he went to the cafe of his hotel and sat down. He told Shreya that he is in the cafe and is waiting for him.
After a while, the cafe doors opened and Veer's breath stopped when he saw a girl coming in. That girl was more beautiful than the online pictures. She had a shy smile on her face. As soon as they met, Shreya slowly said, "You will be the merchant." Veer woke up smiling and welcomed her.
It was the first time he was seeing the archer in real life. He felt that online the archer of the world and the Shreya of real life had no difference. Both had the same shine and innocence in their eyes. They sat on the front seats and looked at each other for the first time.
At first, there was a little strange silence. Then the conversation started. They refreshed the stories of the world online. They told the gaming experience. Gradually, their conversation deepened. Veer told Shreya about his work. So Shreya made him face the world of his designing.
After a while, Veer asked Shreya, "Are you as funny in real life as you were online?" Shreya replied with a smile. "And you? You seem a little more serious in real life, businessman. You used to joke a lot online."
Veer also laughed and apologized. They continued the conversation. They had already had coffee, but no one was taking the name of going. Both felt as if they had not met each other for years, but only for a few hours. Suddenly, Shriya looked at the clock and got shocked. It's been a long time. I have to go now.
Veer also realized how fast time passed. He offered to leave Shreya. As soon as he left the cafe, the cool breeze of Delhi welcomed him. After walking for a while, he reached Shreya's house. "Is this the place?" Veer asked. Shreya shook her head. She looked a little scared.
"When will you come to Mumbai?" asked Veer. Hearing this, Shriya got even more scared. After a while, she answered in a low voice, "Maybe, maybe never." Veer was shocked. He looked at Shriya. In the light of the night, his eyes were wet. "What do you want to say, Archer?" asked Veer. Shriya took a deep breath and said,
This is not just an online game, but my refuge, where I can forget the problems of my real life and lose for a while." Veer was surprised. He looked at Shriya carefully. He understood that Shriya wanted to say something, but was hesitating. "You tell me Shriya, what happened?" Veer asked slowly. After a little silence, Shriya said,
I love painting. I wanted to open my own art gallery one day. But my parents don't agree. They want me to do a safe job. So I took a designing course and got a job. But my dream was incomplete. I can't do anything against their will. So maybe I'll never be able to come to Mumbai. Shreya's voice rose.
Veer slowly held his hand to support him. Shriya was shocked and then slowly held his hand. "I was very sad to hear you, Shriya," said Veer. "But your dream should not be incomplete. You should try." Shriya looked at Veer. Tears fell from his eyes.
"I will try, Veer." Shreya replied in a low voice. For a while, the two stood quietly. The night breeze was telling them to be quiet. This meeting brought them closer to each other. They not only remained online gaming partners, but became the support for each other's happiness and sorrow.
Finally, Veer said goodbye to Shriya and went back to his hotel. All the way, Shriya's thoughts were running in his mind. He realized that Shriya is not just a beautiful girl, but also a strong girl who strives to fulfill her dreams. When Veer reached his hotel room, he got a message from Shriya. It was written in the message,
Veer, you have made me realize that dreams can come true. Thank you. Veer smiled. He replied, I am always with you, Shriya. I will help you to fulfill your dreams. This episode ends with this message.
