EP 76 : Work-From-Love: Coffee Breaks & Conference Calls (Part 02) 14:38

Namaste friends and welcome to Dil Se Dil Tak. I am Khushi. In the last episode, I introduced you to Riya and Amit's story. Remember, Riya was a junior programmer and Amit was a senior developer. Due to work from home, both got a chance to work together on a new mobile app development project.

Through virtual meetings and conference calls, their conversation began. Slowly, they started talking about other things besides work. Riya was inspired by photography and Amit praised her pictures. Today's story goes on from there.

After waking Ria up to the interest in photography, she would take the camera every evening. She took many pictures of the surroundings. With every picture, her photography was getting more and more prominent. One Sunday morning, Ria thought why not go out of the city today and go somewhere. She messaged Amit and asked if he also wanted to go on a photography trip.

A few moments later, Amit replied, "It's a great idea, Ria, but I can't go out today. I have some important work to do, but we can make a plan for the next weekend." Ria was a little disappointed, but she didn't force it. She decided to go to an old fort, about 30 kilometers away from the city. Ria took pictures of various parts of the fort.

Huge doors, tall walls and painted windows. While wandering inside the fort, Riya found a small temple. An old man was sitting outside the temple. Peace was shining on his face. Riya took his permission and took a picture of him. Later, he talked to that man.

He told that he has been living near this fort for the last 50 years and comes here every morning to visit the temple. He also told Riya a lot about the history of the fort. Before evening, Riya came back home. She enjoyed the whole day's photography. At night, she sent Amit pictures of the fort. Along with it, she wrote, "Today alone I went on a tour of an old fort.

It's a very beautiful place. There I met an old man who told me a lot about the fort. Amit replied in a short time. The pictures are very good, Ria. The fort really looks very beautiful. I wish I was with you. Ria smiled and replied, "No problem. Next weekend we will go somewhere else together.

Rhea was happy with this small talk. She thought it would be so nice to travel and photograph with Amit. A few days later, Rhea and Amit made a plan to travel together next weekend. They decided to go to a mountainous area about 50 km away from the city.

On Sunday morning, Riya met Amit outside his house. Amit also brought the camera with him. They both got into the car and headed towards the mountains. They saw beautiful views on the way. Green fields, mountains spread far away, and birds flying in the blue sky. They stopped the car at many places on the way and captured beautiful scenes in their cameras. He took a room in a small hotel. The view of the valley was very beautiful from the balcony of the hotel room. Riya and Amit stood up while watching the view. After some time, they decided to do trekking on the mountains.

During the tracking, they saw wild flowers, tall trees and small streams. Riya and Amit were both excited to capture the beauty of nature in the camera. After tracking, they reached a beautiful lake.

The water of the lake was so clear that you could see its bottom clearly. Some children were playing by the lake. Riya took pictures of the children. Their innocence and happiness were clearly reflected in the pictures. Amit took pictures of the calm water of the lake and the surrounding trees. He returned to the hotel in the evening.

While eating at the hotel restaurant, he shared his experience of photography all day. Ria told him that he liked the pictures of the wild flowers he found during the tracking. Amit praised the pictures of the children playing by the lake. They also took pictures of each other. Ria took a picture of Amit when he was watching the sunset.

Amit's calm nature and love for nature was clearly visible in his picture. Amit took a picture of Riya when she was looking at the lake from the camera. In her picture, Riya's eyes were clearly attracted to nature and shyness. At night, Riya and Amit were standing in the balcony and talking. Amit said, looking at the shining stars in the sky,

He never thought that he could spend such a good time in work from home. Riya smiled and said, "Yes, it's true. The fun of walking and taking pictures with you is something else." After a while, Amit looked at Riya and said slowly, "Riya, I really like your pictures. There is a different story hidden in every picture of yours.

Rhea felt a little shy. She said, "Thank you, Amit. I am even more enthusiastic about taking photographs of you." That night, Rhea and Amit kept talking for a long time. In the light of the stars, there was a newness in their conversation. Perhaps it was not just a conversation between two co-workers, but rather the beginning of two hearts meeting.

In the morning, Riya and Amit started their journey back from the mountains. On the way, they decided to stay in a small village. The environment of the village was completely different from the city. Quiet streets, houses made of mud, and farmers working in the fields. All of these took Riya and Amit away from the city's hustle and bustle. Sitting at a tea shop in the village, they had tea and talked to local people.

Riya and Amit were impressed by the simplicity and hospitality of the people. An interesting thing happened to Riya in making clay utensils near a village prince. He wanted to learn from the prince for a while. The prince happily got ready to teach them.

Rhea was trying to shape the clay pot in a short time. This was a new experience for her. She was shaping the pot with all her passion. But her first attempt was not special. Amit helped her and explained the technique of making the pot. Slowly, a small pot was made from Rhea's hands.

He picked up the pot and showed it to Amit. Amit smiled and said, "It's very good, Ria. It's not a small thing to make such a good pot for the first time." Ria liked Amit's praise. She thought that maybe this is not just a photographic praise, but rather to praise her efforts. In the evening, they left for the city again.

Ria took some pictures of the pot and the village she had made. Sitting in the car, Ria asked Amit, "How did you like this weekend?" Amit smiled and said, "This weekend was very special for me, Ria. It's a different kind of fun to walk and take pictures with you." Ria also smiled and replied, "This weekend was very good for me too."

Suddenly, the traffic jam started as we reached near the city. After a while, Amit stopped the car and looked at Ria. After a while, Amit said softly, "Ria, this work from home has brought something special for us." Ria tried to understand Amit.

Amit said a little, "I don't know if it's just the work from home or something else, but I think..." Suddenly, their conversation stopped with a loud horn. The drivers of the cars coming from behind were honking. The traffic jam was a little less. Amit moved the car forward, but his words remained incomplete. Ria was feeling a strange restlessness inside.
