Today's story is about the beauty of Goa, delicious food and a lovely meeting. After standing in the balcony for a while and looking at the beautiful view of the sea, Nisha returned to her room. Fresh, she stopped at the resort restaurant for breakfast. There she enjoyed poha and tea.
While having breakfast, she saw a poster of a resort, on which information was being given about the yoga class. Nisha was very interested in yoga, but due to busy life, she was not able to do it timely for the last few times. She thought that while living in Goa, she can start her day by doing yoga every morning.
After breakfast, Nisha went to the garden of the resort where the yoga class was going. She sat there with a mat. Yoga trainer was a woman of calm nature who taught asanas in a very simple way. Nisha felt very good. By doing yoga, she felt her fatigue was vanishing and her mind also got peace. After the yoga class was over, Nisha went to the side of the bridge and rested for a while.
After some time, she decided to go to the beach today. She took a scooter from the hotel reception and left. As soon as she left the resort, Nisha saw the beauty of Goa. On one side of the road were old churches and colorful houses, on the other side were modern resorts and cafes.
Soon she reached the shore of the sea. There were already a lot of people on the shore. Some people were sitting on the sand and taking sun baths, some people were swimming in the sea. Nisha parked her scooter and started swimming along the shore. She saw that there were many kinds of shells and seaweeds on the shore. She walked ahead, walking a little further. After walking a little further, Nisha saw a small market.
Clothes, souvenirs, spices and food items were being sold in the market. Nisha started to roam the market. She bought some beautiful necklace and a colorful scarf. She also talked to a local shopkeeper about the history and culture of Goa.
Nisha came back to the beach after leaving the market. She sat on the sand and looked at the surroundings. The sound of the waves of the sea was giving her a lot of peace. After a while, she saw that a person was coming towards her. That person was about 30 years old. His long, wide height was cut and he had a light beard on his face. His clothes looked like he was a local man.
He said hello to Nisha and asked, "Are you a tourist here?" Nisha also said hello to him and said, "Yes, I have come to Goa for the first time. This place is very beautiful." That person smiled and said, "Goa is really a very beautiful place. My name is Akash." Nisha also smiled and answered, "I am Nisha." For a while, both were silent watching the waves of the sea.
Then Akash asked, "Where are you from?" "From Delhi." Nisha said, "Delhi must be a very big and busy city." Akash said, "Yes, absolutely." Nisha agreed. "That's why I came to Goa for a few days to celebrate the holidays." "Very good." Akash said, "You can relax in Goa, you can roam around and eat tasty food here."
Later, Nisha found out that Akash lives in Goa and works as a travel guide. He takes tourists to special tourist spots in Goa and tells them about the history and culture of Goa.
After a while, Nisha told Akash that she doesn't know much about Goa and she needs some advice on good places to visit. Akash immediately promised to help her. He told her that there are many beautiful beaches in Goa.
There are old churches, jungles and water sports facilities. He also told that many festivals are being held in Goa, which will be held in the coming weeks. Nisha liked Akash's talks very much. She became more excited to know more about Goa. She asked Akash if he can help her to roam Goa.
Aakash smiled and said, "Sure, you tell me what kind of places you want to see and I will show you places that maybe a tourist knows about." Nisha was happy. She thought that with the help of Aakash, she would get a chance to see Goa in its true form.
They talked for a little while and then decided to meet the next day. Akash told Nisha about some special places where she can roam. The next day Nisha woke up early in the morning and joined the yoga class. After this, she had breakfast and was ready to meet Akash. Akash took her on a scooter to some special and unexplored areas of Goa.
He first saw an old church which Nisha liked very much. After that, he went to a small village where the locals lived. Nisha liked the village's environment very much. There he talked to the villagers and learned about their living conditions. Akash took him to such a beautiful waterfall which only few people knew about. Nisha was very happy to bathe in the cold water below the waterfall.
That day in the evening, they went to a beach where there were very few people. Nisha saw the sunset there, which was really beautiful. After a whole day of sightseeing, Nisha was tired, but she was feeling very good. She got to see the new form of Goa and she liked the company of Akash.
She was thinking while sleeping at night that where will Akash take her tomorrow. Some days passed like this. Every day Akash was making Nisha look at Goa from different beautiful aspects. One day they went to a spice farm where they got information about different spices and they also learned how to grind spices. The next day they went on a boat trip to see the dolphins.
Seeing dolphins jumping in the middle of the ocean was a unique experience for Nisha. In the evening, they often sat on a beach and watched the sunset. Nisha liked to listen to Akash. She was learning a lot about the history of Goa, culture, folk tales and food. Akash also enjoyed listening to Nisha about the life of Delhi.
After a few days of living together, they had a special relationship. They enjoyed each other's company and they liked to talk. One evening, Aakash sitting on the beach asked Nisha, "How do you like Goa?"
Nisha smiled and said, "Very beautiful. I never thought Goa would be so special. The beauty, peace and tasty food here, I liked all of it very much." Akash said, "I am happy that you are liking it. I have shown you the real beauty of Goa.
Nisha said with a smile. Yes, that's true. Without you, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to know so much about Goa. After a while of silence, Akash asked, Do you think we can still be friends even after your holidays are over? Nisha looked at him and said, I think so. You are a very good person and I like your company. Akash smiled and said,
I also like your company. I hope you will come back to Goa sometime." Nisha said, "I will definitely come. And next time when I come, will you show me more unexplored treasures of Goa?" Both laughed. The waves of the sea were coming and hitting the shore and the sun was setting on the far horizon.
