Namaste friends, welcome to Dil Se Dil Tak. I am Khushi and today's story is Dosti vs Dating. In the first part, we heard that Ranveer liked meeting Sana. He used to tell Aarohi that it is so much fun to walk around and talk with Sana. Aarohi was a little restless because of Ranveer's words.
He didn't like that Ranveer didn't spend as much time with her as he used to. Now the story goes on. After a few days, Ranveer told Aarohi that he wants to take Sana on a date. Hearing this, Aarohi became even more worried.
She didn't want Ranveer to go on a date with someone else. But she couldn't say this either. She wished Ranveer well. Ranveer was happy that Aarohi supported him. She asked Sana to go on a date. Sana agreed. The first date of the two was set on the weekend. Ranveer was very excited. He wanted Sana and her first date to be memorable.
He made a plan to impress Sana the whole week. Ranveer woke up early on Saturday morning. He took a lot of time to get ready. He wore his best clothes. Then he went to the shop to buy flowers. He bought a beautiful bouquet of roses for Sana. At noon, Ranveer reached his house to take Sana.
Sana was also very happy. She was wearing a beautiful dress. Ranveer gave her a bouquet of flowers. Sana was very happy to see the bouquet. Ranveer had planned to take Sana to an Italian restaurant for dinner. He had never been there before, but he had heard that the food there was very good. He wanted Sana to like everything perfect.
After reaching the restaurant, Ranveer sat at a beautiful table with Sana. The atmosphere there was quite romantic. The table was decorated in the light of a candle. Soft music was playing. Ranveer gave the menu to Sana and started looking at the menu himself. He was so nervous that he couldn't understand what to order. Finally, he called the waiter and he and Sana ordered the Italian food item.
While eating, Ranveer and Sana kept talking. They told each other about their childhood stories and their dreams. Sana liked what Ranveer said. After dinner, Ranveer took Sana to the Marine Drive. Ranveer also gave Sana ice cream from the cart. Ranveer felt that his first date was going well.
At around 10 pm, Ranveer left Sana at home. Sana thanked Ranveer for the date. Ranveer also thanked Sana and asked her to go inside the house. While going home, Ranveer was thinking about how his first date was. He was happy that the date went well. He was also thinking that Sana must have liked the date too.
The next day, Ravivar met Ranveer Aarohi. Aarohi wanted to know how Ranveer's first date was. Ranveer told Aarohi about the full date in detail. He told her that the restaurant was so romantic, the food was so tasty and the marine drive was so fun.
She was very happy to tell Ranveer this. But somewhere she also felt that Aarohi was not enjoying her talks. Aarohi smiled and listened to Ranveer. She was happy that Ranveer's first date went well. But she had a strange restlessness in her heart. She could not say openly to Ranveer that she did not like it. But she wanted Ranveer to understand.
After some time, Aarohi asked Ranveer, "How did you like the date?" Ranveer replied without thinking. "I liked it very much, Aarohi. It was a completely different experience. Talking and hanging out with Sana, I liked it very much." Aarohi kept quiet.
She didn't know what to say to Ranveer. She believed that Ranveer should move forward in life. But she also felt that Ranveer might have forgotten how special his friendship was. She told Ranveer, "Look Ranveer, dating and relationships are definitely good things. But our friendship is also amazing, isn't it? We know each other so well. We can share everything with each other.
Ranveer said to Aarohi, "Yes, that's true, Aarohi. But there's a difference between love and friendship. Dating is a different kind of fun." Aarohi said nothing. She was disappointed. She felt that Ranveer wouldn't be able to give her as much time as he used to. She didn't want any kind of obstacle in their friendship.
After a few days, Ranveer got a new project in the office. He was very busy. Now he could meet less than Aarohi. Ranveer was also very busy meeting and meeting Sana. One evening Aarohi called Ranveer. Ranveer was watching a film with Sana at that time. He picked up Aarohi's phone and told her that he is still watching the film. He will talk later.
Aarohi didn't like this. She wanted to talk to Ranveer about something important. But she hung up. Aarohi got a call from Ranveer after a while. "Sorry, Aarohi. I was watching a film. That's why I couldn't talk." Ranveer said as soon as he picked up the phone. "No problem, Ranveer. We'll talk later." Aarohi replied in a sad voice. Ranveer realized that Aarohi was sad. He said,
"What happened, Aarohi?" "Anything?" Aarohi said after a while of silence, "Nothing Ranveer, I'm feeling a little lonely." That's when I called you. Ranveer felt bad. He understood that maybe because of him, Aarohi is feeling lonely. "Sorry Aarohi, I'm very busy." "But don't think that I've forgotten you." "Do you know when you're free? Let's meet."
Aarohi didn't tell him any special date. She said, "Let's see Ranveer, we'll meet when we get the time. You too enjoy with Sana. All the best for your dating." Aarohi's tone was very hot. Ranveer thought that maybe she made a mistake. He tried to explain to Aarohi, "Aarohi, don't say that."
"Sana and I are different, and our friendship is different. You are my best friend. This will never change." But Ranveer couldn't believe that his words had any effect on Aarohi.
After keeping the phone, he realized that he was forgetting his best friend in the middle of dating. He thought he should apologize to Aarohi. He thought he would meet Aarohi soon and talk to her. But time passed and Ranveer's work was not getting any less. One day Ranveer got a leave from the office.
He went straight to Aarohi's house. But Aarohi was not at home. He called Aarohi. But he didn't answer her call. Aarohi called him after some time. Ranveer was happy that he could finally talk to her. But Aarohi's voice was different. Ranveer, I am in the cafe with my new flatmate. He is a friend of my college. We are going to live together.
Ranveer was shocked to hear this. He said quickly, "Arohi, what kind of decision is this? Why suddenly a flatmate?"
"Look Ranveer, changes keep coming in life. Sana has come in your life and now my friend is coming in my life. I used to have a problem living alone. Now that problem will be solved." Aarohi replied in a slightly sad tone. Ranveer could not say anything. He understood that maybe he had unknowingly made Aarohi feel alone. He wanted to apologize but the words stuck in his throat.
"Okay Aarohi, be happy" Ranveer called her saying this. She felt that she had made a big mistake. She started thinking that she has lost her best friend because of dating. Today's story ends here. In the next episode, we will hear what effect Ranveer and Aarohi's friendship have. And how does Ranveer's dating with Sana go ahead?
