Namaskar friends, you are listening to Dil Se Dil Tak with Khushi. Rajiv is the only son of a famous businessman in Delhi. His life is like Rajiv Kumar's. He finds everything like a finger print on a beautiful car, a luxurious bungalow. Rajiv is good at studies but he never had to work hard for anything. On the other hand, Priya lives in a small colony in Mumbai.
Her father is a small shopkeeper and mother is a housewife. Priya has seen many ups and downs in her life since childhood. But despite all this, she is always happy and works hard to fulfill her dreams. Priya's dream is to become a doctor and treat poor people for free.
Rajiv and Priya's lives were far from each other. But who could stop those who wanted to meet? They meet in the college fest of Delhi University. This fest is held every year and students come from far away to take part in it. Priya is involved in the preparation of a free camp with her classmates. She was giving emergency medical help training to students at the college fest.
Rajeev is going around with his friends in a fest He watches every stall and stops for a while in every event Suddenly, he sees some girls in medical coats His eyes are fixed on Priya There was a different shine on her face which was pulling Rajeev towards itself Rajeev gets separated from his friends and goes to Priya
He stands a little far away and looks at Priya. Priya completes her training and starts talking to her friends. Then she realizes that someone is looking at her. She turns and looks, Rajiv was standing in front of her. Rajiv looks at Priya in a little fear and says smiling, "Hello, you were explaining everything very well. I saw from afar." Priya smiled and replied,
Thank you. The conversation starts between the two. After knowing Rajiv's name, Priya finds out that he is also studying in the same college. Although he is doing MBA. The two talk for a while. Rajiv asks Priya about this medical training and Priya tells him its importance. During the conversation, Rajiv is impressed by Priya's simplicity and her thoughts.
He tells Priya about the other programs that were held in College Fest and asks her to watch a play next day together. Priya found Rajiv very friendly and agrees to watch the play together. This first meeting of the two leaves a slight smile and hope in the eyes of each other. The next day, the ground of the college was filled with new programs.
There are food stalls everywhere and different types of games were going on. Rajiv was having fun with his friends in the fest and taking part in every event. The evening comes. It is time to finish Priya's medical training. She is preparing to go home with her college mates.
That's when she remembers that Rajiv had called her to watch a play. She asks her friends to go and starts looking for Rajiv outside the auditorium.
There is a lot of crowd there. As soon as the auditorium gates open for the play, everyone starts going inside. But Priya stands there and waits for Rajiv. Everyone goes inside. Priya is a little disappointed. She thinks that Rajiv must have been lost somewhere in the crowd of the fest. Or she must not have had any interest in watching the play. She goes alone inside.
In the auditorium, the students sitting in the back, Priya's eyes are on Rajiv. He was sitting with his friends and was waiting for the play to start. Seeing Priya, Rajiv smiles and shakes his hand to call him to sit with him. Priya also smiles and answers and sits next to him.
Both enjoy playing. They talk for a while more. Rajiv offers Priya to go to a cafe after college fest. Priya is a bit irritated but then agrees to Rajiv's request.
They both go out of the fest and go to a quiet cafe near the college. Sitting in the cafe, they both talk to each other. Rajiv tells Priya about his family and his life. Meanwhile, Priya tells him about her dreams and her family.
They both realize how different they are from each other. Yet, they have a special connection. They listen to each other's words carefully and they develop a different kind of interest for each other. It's late at night. Priya is late to go home. Rajiv offers her to leave the house.
Priya is a little bit hesitant but then she leans over Rajiv's insistence. Rajiv takes out his bike and takes Priya behind him. The cold waves of the night are stroking Priya's hair. She is a little bit tired with Rajiv's back.
Both are silent in the silence of the night. But there is a strange heartbeat in their hearts. This first meeting ties them with a unique connection. Reaching Priya's house, Rajiv stops the bike. Priya gets down and thanks Rajiv. Rajiv says smiling, "Priya, this evening was really good. Can we meet again?"
Priya answers with a little shyness. Rajiv, we meet in the college library sometimes. Rajiv says goodbye to Priya and leaves. Priya reaches her room and remembers today's meeting. She liked everything about Rajiv, his behavior and his smile. For the first time, she liked this evening spent with a boy.
On the other hand, Rajiv also kept thinking about Priya in his room. His simplicity, his thoughts and his passion for his career, all these things were roaming in Rajiv's mind. He feels that the meeting was small, but he got a different kind of happiness by talking to Priya.
This way, Rajiv and Priya's first meeting gives a small ray of love. How much this ray will bring light in their lives in the future, only time will tell.
So friends, this was the story of Rajiv and Priya's first meeting. On one side is Rajiv, for whom life is a game. On the other side is Priya, for whom life is a dream.
