Anika was a fearless girl who grew up in the lap of the mountains. For her, the mountains were not just mountains, they were an important part of her life. Every morning before sunrise, she would wake up and look at the view of the sun after reaching the top of the mountains. Before sunset, her daily routine was to return. One day, she saw a new face on the way during her climb.
Vijay, a boy from the city, had come to the village for tracking. He met her unknowingly. Vijay felt unknown and scared of the mountains. Anika talked to him and told him stories related to the mountains on the way. The stories of the treasure hidden in the caves about the queen of the mountains, the fragrance of wild flowers, Vijay gets lost in Anika's stories. The next day, the same way, the same meeting.
They became friends with each other. Vijay enjoyed listening to stories of the mountains. Whereas Anika liked listening to the stories of the city of Vijay. Just like the mountains, their love also started to rise.
In a few days, Vijay fell in love with Anika. The simplicity of the village, the natural beauty and Anika's fear had won his heart. But Vijay had to return to the city. His career, his life was in the city. It was difficult for Anika to go away from the village. Her roots were in the mountains, she could not leave them.
The pain of separation kept on bothering both of them. On the last night, Vijay was sad. He held Anika's hand and promised, "Anika, I will definitely arrange to live in this village one day. I am happy with you among these mountains."
Anika couldn't believe it. It's not easy for anyone to leave the city's bustling life. But Vijay was determined to keep his promise. One year passed. Vijay said goodbye to the city's bustling life. He opened a small resort in the village. Now, in the morning, Anika would help the guests in the resort and in the evening, she would roam the mountains with Vijay.
The love for her would melt in the words of the mountains, looking at the changing colours of the mountains. Her love was strong and eternal like the mountains. Vijay's promise was fulfilled. Anika got her love and the mountains together. I hope this story has touched your heart.
