Well, last night, the Gold Coast Titans held on for a 20 points to 16 win over the Cronulla Sharks at beautiful Coffs Harbour. And I'm pleased to say that big Mo Fodewaker, who was a part of the victory, he's on the line with us now. G'day, Mo. Hey, mate. Thanks for having me. Well, mate, firstly, congratulations on the win. We'll no doubt talk a bit of origin with you in just a second, but you held on to beat the Sharks. That's back-to-back wins for the first time under your coach, Desi Hasler.

Yeah, it's definitely a confidence booster for us going back-to-back for the first time this year, especially against a good side like the Sharks. We made it hard for ourselves in the end there, but yeah, definitely happy to come away with two points. Hey Mo, just checking on Sammy Verrills after he's got that big whack in his jaw last night. Did he pull up okay?

Yeah, yeah, he pulled up okay. Yeah, a few of the boys were giving it to him after the game. A few boys posted it up on their social media, just giving it to him a bit. He does tend to carry on a bit, Sammy Verrills. Yeah, well, yeah, it's a good thing we got the penalty out of it. But yeah, he pulled up okay. How did you enjoy the Coffs Harbour, mate? I'm not sure, have you played there before?

Yeah, I played there, that's my third time last night. We usually play there against the Sharks, so that's my first win there at Coffs. So yeah, the weather wasn't too good. It pulled up fine just before the game. The sun came out and dried up the field, which was good. So yeah, can't complain. It was definitely good to come away with the two points there.

Mate, you'd be able to help me here because I get held down by these gibberers on this team a lot. Oh, where the gibberers? Khan Pereira, right? And I've stated emphatically for about the last 10 weeks, I think he's the fastest player in the game. Now, you play with him and train with him. Surely he's the fastest bloke in your team.

Yes. That's not the game. That's not the question. Well, this is just the starting point. No. If you're going to ask him the question, you put him on the line straight away. You made us look like idiots. You're saying he's the fastest in the game. Now your question to poor old Mo is, he's the fastest in your team? I've got another question after that because if there's a faster bloke in the team, I can be shot down quite easily. So, Mo, please don't. I'm the only Queenslander in this group here. So stick solid here. Now he's bringing in the Queenslander thing. So stick solid here. How?

How fast is he then? Would you go out on a limb and say he's the fastest in the game? I'd say, yeah, he's the fastest in our team. I'm not too sure about fastest in the game. Well, that's a good start. That's a good start. He's the fastest. You've cut him back down to size, mate. Well done, mate. They pick and stick the Queenslanders. No, we're not picking and sticking. He can't pick and stick. Rock solid, you lot. Okay, Jabba, George, name one faster than him. Saab.

Jason Saab. Over 100, Jason Saab, easily. But Moe, mate, you had a great game last night. Beat my Sharkies, which I'm not happy about, but well done. But, mate, life probably turns to Origin. Are you looking forward to Game 3? Yeah, definitely looking forward to it, especially after Game 2. We definitely have to fix up a few things, but can't complain. Home game for us. So, yeah, definitely looking forward to it.

Have you heard the news today, Mo, that Latrell Mitchell likely to be out of the blue side with a foot injury? Does that weaken the blues, the side you're up against Wednesday week?

Yeah, he's definitely a big player that they're missing, but I'm sure that anyone that fills in that gap will do a job for them. All right, fantastic. Well, mate, thanks for giving up some time on this Saturday, mate, and keep playing well and keep doing your thing under Desi. Back-to-back wins last night, this time over the Cronulla Sharks. Congratulations on the win. Thanks for joining us.

Cheers, mate. Thanks, boys. Appreciate it. Well done. That's Moe Fodowaker, a good fella from the Gold Coast Titans. He's a regular with Peter Basildas, our colleague on 4BC for a chat. So good on him. Keen to do some media stuff. Moe Fodowaker from the Gold Coast Titans.
