Brenda Fassie (1964-2004) was South Africa’s queen of pop music. She had a fiery spirit and her fair share of controversies in the press, but that didn’t stop her from capturing the hearts of audiences across the globe.

These diverse women from across space and time are grouped into easily accessible and engaging monthly themes like Educators, Villains, Indigenous Storytellers, Activists, and many more. Womanica is hosted by WMN co-founder and award-winning journalist Jenny Kaplan. The bite-sized episodes pack painstakingly researched content into fun, entertaining, and addictive daily adventures.
