I want to tell you about the first time I couldn't go to sleep and I wondered what to do. ♪ There's a first time for everything ♪ ♪ Three, two, one ♪ - Hello!

Who's ready to groove? - Ready! - Groove! - Yay! - And shout, "Wa-roo!" - Wa-roo! - Wa-roo! - Roll 'em and groove! - Kiki, watch this dance move. I can spin on my shell! Oh yeah, oh yeah! Perfection! Thank you, thank you very much! Fantastic!

What? Sleep already? Nuh-uh. I feel all wiggly waggly. I'm still feeling excited too. Hmm. I think we need to try calming down for bed a little first. Calm down for bed? But I don't know how. I wonder what to do. This wonder, wonderoo is wonder-- Let's chalk it out. I could try to find a way to calm down and fall asleep.

Or I could just stay up because I still have so much energy. What should I do? I'll try staying up. Maybe I could help you come up with a way to calm down? But I still want to keep singing and dancing. I'm gonna stay up. Oh, really? Okay. Nighty night. Ooh, I'll just put on these headphones so I can keep listening to the groovy music.

Morning, Kiki! Morning? Yep! Wonder ready for another great day? Come on! We gotta wash up, get dressed, eat breakfast, and go outside to play! I'm too tired to wash up. Little T is ready! Mm-hmm!

It's chilly outside, so you might want to wear a scarf. But can't I just stay in my pajamas? That's silly. What do you want for breakfast? A nap? Is a nap on the menu? I have banana ramaroosie daisies. Your favorite. I'm too tired to eat breakfast. If you say so.

I do feel a little bit calmer, but... my feet still wanna dance. Hey, wait. Think I figured out how to get some of my wiggles to go away. Really? How? First, we got to find where our wiggles are. For me, right now, I got a lot of them in my feet. So I'm gonna squeeze my feet really tight. Okay, me too.

And then when I can't squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, I let go like a loosey-goosey noodle. It's working. Let's do our arms. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. Loosey-goosey noodle. Wow, Kiki. This is really helping me relax. I'm going to do it from my tippy ears.

All the way down to my tippy toes. Me too. Let's try our faces. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. I see squeezing is a challenge for you, Kiki. Kiki? Oh, good. Looks like it worked. Nighty-night, Kiki. And she got a Wonder Patch. Look, Lil' T.

Because Kiki learned that it's important to find a way to calm down for bed. With a good night's sleep, we have energy to play the next day. Little T, are you still awake? Because now I'm having some trouble falling asleep. I'll try counting. I'll close my eyes and think about my Wonder Badges. Like my first glasses. One. And my first big mess. Two. And three. Four.

Wait, what was I counting again? Oh yeah, my Wonder Badges. Six, seven, eight. Mm-mm.
