I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Revelation 1.8 Heavenly Father, nothing existed before you, and nothing will exist after you. You are the beginning and the end of everything. You are the giver of life, and when that life has completed its purpose, you will call them home to eternal rest.

You are the same today as you were yesterday, as you will be tomorrow. You never change. You are the almighty God of all creation. You possess the mighty power to raise the dead, heal the sick, and deliver the oppressed. Nothing is impossible for you. You are the one true God, whose name is above every name. You are the only one deserving all honor and glory.

Without you there would be no life, no joy, no laughter, no hope or beauty. You are the God of justice and mercy, and you have called me out of darkness and are teaching me how to live in accordance to your word. Greater things will you do, said Jesus, because I go to the Father. I am so behind in my education because I am still struggling with sin and temptation instead of decreeing and declaring your word.

When I think of whose I am, I stand up a bit straighter and believe I can do anything through you. You live in me and through me. Continue to empower me. In Jesus' name, amen. Thank you for listening to today's daily prayer. For more inspiration and an incredible message from our feature pastor, stay tuned to Pray.com's Sunday service.

Hello, my friends at Pray.com. I'm Troy Brewer and I'm the senior pastor out at Open Door Church here in Burleson, Texas. What a great privilege it is to share this year's January 1st message with you. You know, this message is...

Well, it's all about a word for the new year to come. I'm actually looking up examples of the number 23 in scripture and we're talking about Psalms 23, right? Like how much more appropriate could Psalms 23 be than rather than in the year 2023? It's a great year to fear the Lord. The fear of the Lord is when you live in a constant awareness of his presence and know that God is with you. And then of course, Psalms 23 says, "'Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.'"

I will fear no evil because you are with me. You know, death is not something that any of us get to avoid. It's something that we all get to overcome through the Lord Jesus Christ. Friends, you're going to love this. This is Open Door Church on January the 1st. Watch this message.

My goodness. Guys, welcome everybody. Guys, we are going to be looking at the biblical meaning of the number 23 today. We are going to be doing that. And like why? Why would we look at what a number means? I mean, how could a number mean anything? Because God Almighty has designed things that numbers and math is language. As a matter of fact, everything in heaven is numbered, everything is weighed, everything is measured until it gets to a place where he says it can't be numbered, it can't be weighed, it can't be measured.

And like, well, why would he do that? Because it all glorifies the Lord. It glorifies King Jesus. I'm not a numerologist. I don't believe that there's any power in numbers whatsoever. Like, well, then why do you teach this? Because there's power in the Word of God.

And sometimes God Almighty will say, cast your net on the other side and 153 fish will show up. Not 154, not 152. And it's like, okay, well, am I just going to just say that's a number or am I going to know that there's a message in that? It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the honor of kings is to search out the matter.

And then I began to look and began to see it, not only as a pattern, but what are the actual numbers or what are the actual letters that actually give us the number? Because in the Hebrew and also in the Greek alphabet, they do not have numerals. They have letters. You and I use numerals. One angle, two angles, three angles, four angles, five angles, six angles, seven with the hashtag has seven angles on it.

How many angles is this, y'all? Zero.

Right? So whenever we recognize numbers, we're just looking at a symbol that shows us a bunch of angles so that we'll know what the number represents. They don't do that. What they do is they have basically their A is a one and their B is a two and so on. And it goes to 10 and then it goes 10, 20, 30, 40, and goes to 100. And then the last four letters in the Hebrew alphabet, and there's 22 of them, the last four letters are 100, 200, 300, and 400. Right?

And you know that that's how the Romans do it. They don't use numerals, they use letters. And so they do the same thing. And what that means is every single word in the Bible is a number. And every single scripture in the Bible is a number. And that's what it means. And so like, well, why would you care? Because what you find is that God's word is in it. It's mathematically perfect.

It's so mathematically perfect and it so glorifies the Lord. And again, I am not a numerologist at all. Listen, I want to just say this. Let me tell you why I can't be a numerologist. Are you guys ready? I can prove to you that I'm not a numerologist because I love Jesus, right? And if I believe in power and numbers, I'm in trouble. You know why? Because my birthday is 12666. Some of y'all are numerologists and you're worried about me now. That's fine. You go converse with your father, the devil. Amen. Amen.

Here's what I would say as far as witches and warlocks and all that mess is concerned. I know that it's been contaminated. I know that people have done ugly things with it. I know that people have not glorified King Jesus with it, but I know that we're supposed to. It is no more numerology for me to glorify Jesus in numbers than for sexual activity within marriage to be called pornography. Amen. It's like, I know people have messed with that and done really bad things with it, but that don't stop none of y'all.

Amen. Anybody ever done anything wrong with money? Yeah, well, you still go after that. Amen. So go after these things that glorify King Jesus and make sure that you glorify the Lord with it. Amen. You can live at 1313 Mockingbird Lane and be a drop-dead, sold-out Jesus freak. You can. Now that I've said all that, numbers is one of the ways that God uses, it's one of the languages of God that he communicates through. And it's not for average seekers.

It's for people that want to seek the Lord in a really deep way, intimately. It's so personal. When you start learning this language and God starts speaking to you, you can't even go and pump gas that you don't see Jesus in it. And you become one of those weirdos. And everybody in the world will make fun of you. They'll all make fun of you publicly, and then privately, they'll call you when they get cancer. They're like, I need somebody, I need a weirdo that really loves Jesus, that sees Jesus 24-7. So,

One, all the way through the word of God tends to represent unity. The Lord your God is one, right? Two tends to represent a faithful witness, right? Y'all know the two witnesses in the book of Revelation. Animals came in by twos. Every word is established by the mouth of two or three witnesses. Three tends to represent perfect completion, outer court, inner court, most holy place, the sun, the moon, the stars, the father, the son, and the holy, and the, and the holy ghost.

Egypt, the wilderness, the promised land, now about a faith, hope, love, right? All those things. And there's so many wonderful and beautiful examples of it in the word of God, but it means the whole enchilada. It means you can see the whole thing. Four is a number that represents creation and God's creative realm. That's why there's four seasons and four elements and four lunar cycles and all those fours. Five is a number that tends to represent the grace of God. Grace is God given ability to overcome something.

Six is the number that represents the flesh or it can also represent God doing a work in the midst of humanity. Seven is a work that means manifest spirits, where the Spirit of God shows up and you can see that it is the Spirit of the Lord. And it is the most prolific number all the way through the Bible. Eight means new beginnings. Nine is a number that means judgment on one side and it means fruit bearing on another side. 10 is a number that means that there's a new sheriff in town. And I like that.

I mean, perfect order. Eleven is a number that represents disorder on one side, and then it represents heroes rising up.

And I like that, like Hebrews chapter 11, like Apollo 11, hallelujah. Number 12 is a number that represents perfect government. When God governs something, he likes to stamp the number 12 on it. That's why there's 12 hours in a day, 12 hours a night. There's 12 months in a year. There's 12 major constellations within the heavens. There's 12 disciples. There's 12 nations of Israel, right? There's 12 tribes of Israel. 13 is a number that means rebellion.

14 is a number that means generational promises. There are 14 generations, the Bible says, from Abraham to David, 14 from David to the carrying away of Babylon, and 14 from the carrying away of Babylon unto Jesus the Christ. 15 means consecration. 16 means the love of God. 17 means overcoming victory.

That's why there's 17 promises in the book of Revelation for he who overcomes. 18 is a number that represents bondage on one side, and then on the other side it represents life. 19 is a number that represents exploits of faith. In Hebrews chapter 11, a good example of that is there's 19 people mentioned in there. Exploits of faith. 20 is a number that represents expectancy. 21 is seven times three. 22 is

It means revelation light. It has to do with the light of revelation. And then we get to the number 23. You know, when God Almighty declares a word prophetically, and when he shows us type and shadow and symbol, and when he speaks something prophetically, it needs to get your attention. And it needs to be something that, like, if you're somebody, if you've been waking up at 333 every night for a long time, are there any crazy 333 people in here? Yeah, look at all those.

Are there any crazy 2-2-2 people you've been waking up? Mm-hmm. Cray-cray. Yep. I'd pay attention to that. If I was waking up every night at 3-3-3 and there had been times in my life where I just, I knew. It didn't matter if I went to sleep at 7 o'clock at night or 12 o'clock midnight. I was still going to wake up at 3-3-3. What is that? Jeremiah 33-3, call upon me and I will show you great and mighty things that you know not of. I'm like, okay. So I just decided to learn all the 33-3 verses.

And are there any three 33 verses? And what does three mean? And what are the examples of three throughout the word of God until finally I go, oh, Jesus, I get what you're saying to me. It's one thing for God to call you to visit him, or it's another thing for Jesus to knock at your door. It's another thing to actually wake up and not roll over and go back to sleep, but get up and say, Lord, your spirit said, seek me. And I said, you, I will seek. Oh, it's a big deal. Well, the number 23 says,

It's shocking. And I'm going to tell you what it means. And I don't want you to panic because I've got good news on the other side of this. But you need to hear what it means up front. And it means it all the way through the Bible. Are you ready? 23 means death. Like, whoa, what are you talking about? 23 is a biblical number for death. It is also the biblical number for overcoming death and resurrection power.

I am just gonna walk you through a couple of things here before I get off into my awesome message and just tell you this, if you're like, are you sure about this? The word killeth is in the Bible 23 times. The word baptism is in the Bible 23 times. The word leaven is in the Bible 23 times. The word hell is in the Bible 23 times. I'm going to talk to you about the word death in the Bible in just a little bit. But you need to know that this is a year

Where you better not try and hide from this, you'd better take it on. This is not a year for you to just try and play it safe. This is a year for you. You know, this last week out at Redemption Ranch, a friend of mine was out there hunting and he got my bobcat that I've been after for a real long time. And there comes a time, man, when you have a bobcat or you have something that's after all your stuff where you say, I'm not going to sit here and wait on it anymore. I'm going to go find it. And I'm calling it out and I'm going to kill it and then I'm going to hang it up and talk about it. That's what I'm going to do.

And I want to just tell you that we're going to have to learn this year that we're not trying to avoid scary things. The scary things need to try and avoid us. And it's a tremendous word, and I'm hearing it over and over and over again. And I'm going to be unpacking this for several weeks, and you're going to find out how. So if you would, let me take you through a journey of this week, and let me kind of help you through this.

how I came up with this and let me show you a whole bunch of scripture and let's talk about it first um let me just tell you that I'm I'm writing a book that's called numbers that prophesy and it's going to be out in January of 2024 and I've been working on this book for a while and actually all year long I've just been kind of going through it and putting it together and it's it's like a three-year project for me because it's so extensive and I've been like okay

I've been discovering new numbers that I went, wow, I've never seen this before. I've never heard anybody say this before. And one of those numbers that I keep coming across everywhere in all of my research is the number 66. And it's like 66, you know, what in the world could 66 mean? Well, it means from here to there, or it's the number for journey. And it's that way of

in so many different examples. Now, before I just give you the main biblical example of it, before I do that, Route 66, right? And it's like, okay, it means to travel, it means to go from here to there, and it means journey. It's a number that represents journey. Okay, I looked up yesterday, I was looking up, what's the longest Amtrak train in America? And it's called the Texas Eagle, and it starts in Chicago, it goes to Texas, and it goes from Texas, it goes to LA, and it's 66 hours.

and i went oh there's another cool 66 it has to do with travel that's kind of cool do you know friends that this earth that you and i are sitting on right now is traveling around the sun at 66 000 miles an hour that's the speed that our earth is traveling right this second and it's track around the sun do you know that inside your human body you have 66 000 miles of blood vessels that your blood travels through

Yeah, how crazy is that? Did you know, guys, that when the Mayflower left Plymouth and found itself at Plymouth Rock, that was a 66-day journey? Did you know that Apollo 11, when it left and when it came back, it was 66 days? And did you also know this? Did you know that when the Wright brothers first discovered flight at Kitty Hawk, that it was 66 years after that that Neil Armstrong stepped on the moon? That's some pretty...

From here to there, right? That's pretty nuts. Did you know that if you look this up in history, that Ramses, who is a guy that Moses confronted, that he was 66 years old the year that he died, which is the year that Israel left and went on their journey? He was 66. And they left and said, well, we're going to go from here to there.

Man, I've been looking at this and looking at this and look at this and it's been blowing my mind. Do you know that it takes 66 days to create a new behavior or become for a new behavior to become automatic? Do all the research on that. It's like any, if you're trying to form a new habit and make it automatic, you got to do it every day for 66 days. That's how God Almighty programmed us. Like, wow, I could, I have a whole bunch of these, but I just want to cut to the chase and tell you this. Your Bible has 66 books in it.

And it's for your journey. It's to get you from here to there. And this last week, I was looking up, you know, like, you know, how many chapters, how many this, how many that, because I'm a little bit psychotic. And, you know, there's 1,189 chapters within the 66 books that make up the Bible. There's 31,102 verses. I was going through all this kind of stuff. And then when I kept

I kept going to this one site and I finally decided to stop and look and go, what is this site? And here's the site. It's called BibleMemoryGo.com. BibleMemoryGo.com. Now this guy doesn't endorse me. He doesn't know me, but I endorse this brother. I want to tell you, my mind has been blown by this cat.

And I am so impressed with him. And like, who is he? Well, he's a weirdo missionary. And all missionaries are weirdos, if you don't know that. There's a reason why they're not among us and they're out there somewhere. I'm a missionary, so I know what I'm talking about. But he's a guy that when he was in China, he actually got arrested in China. And he's like, wow. He didn't know if he was going to be in prison for one day, one hour, a thousand years. He had no idea because, you know, they're socialists and they do whatever they want to do.

So he's in prison and he's sitting there. He doesn't have a Bible. He doesn't have, you know, he's used to doing like me and just going to the internet and looking up this, looking up that, looking up this, looking up that. And he began to go, well, I got to think on the word of God and I don't have a Bible. So I'll see how many scriptures I can remember. He'd been studying the Bible every day of his life and he could only remember 20. And he was so ashamed of it.

And I mean, this is a guy that preaches every day. And it's not that he doesn't know the word. It's just that he didn't, he didn't, he's never committed the Bible to his memory because he has the advantage of the internet. He's a young man.

And he's like, if I ever get out of this prison, I'm changing this. So what he's doing and what you can find at BibleMemoryGo.com is that he has purposed in his heart that by the time he's 40 years old, which is two years from now, he can actually quote from memory the entire New Testament. And he's doing it. And you can go there and watch book after book after book after book where he just walks out in front of a camera and just goes, boom.

and we'll say the whole book of Galatians or the whole book of Corinthians or first Corinthians, a whole book of this, a whole book of that. And he checks them off. Well, then it turns out there are people all over the world that have memorized the Bible and they've all hooked up with him. And he has so many videos of techniques on how to remember things. And I mean, I guess I want to just tell you, I got so dadgum convicted. I was like, dang, I want to know the word of God like that. And it's not that I want to, you know, walk out and impress everybody. I mean, look at me.

But I want to be able to quote the word, preach the word, declare the word exactly. The menace power in that. And I, so Leanna and I was out at redemption ranch and we came back all the way back our three hour drive back. You know, man, we listened to these guys just quote the word of God. There's one video on there where a guy for about 90 minutes, he just sits down in a chair and he's in a room with a bunch of other people. And he says the entire book of Mark word for word, for word, for word, for word.

And I was like, man, that is so cool. Well, in the midst of looking at all this and looking at all these numbers and going, I'm going to learn the word of God. I want to just tell you this. exclusive to the conference. Come discover your purpose and assignment for these final days at the New Beginnings Conference 2023. Tickets on sale now at ODX.tv. Even ungodly people know the 23rd Psalm. And friends, in this year, you got to know it. If I was like, okay, if I was going to learn how to quote a chapter, an entire chapter, and

I was testing my stuff. I think with a little bit of practice, there's a couple of cool chapters I think that I could quote. But I'm going to have to work on it and I'm going to have to get consecrated to it and just go, man, that's a cool thing to be able to do. I want to be able to do that. I want to learn the entire Sermon on the Mount and be able to quote it. I've seen people do that before.

There was a guy that I know that he actually, he went to Bible college and he couldn't pass his hermeneutics. And I don't know if you guys know what hermeneutics is, but it's like what you preach and how you preach it. And it's like the do's and don'ts of preaching, which I break all those rules, right? I'm sure I do. I don't know because I'm not educated. But if I was, I'm sure I would have problems with that. And he aced everything, but he couldn't pass hermeneutics. And he kept trying and kept trying and kept trying. So you know what he did?

He sat down and he learned the entire Sermon on the Mount word for word for word. It's three chapters, three long chapters. And he got time for him to get up and preach his sermon. And he got up and he quoted Jesus preaching his sermon all around like, "Judge that. Give me an F."

That's exactly what he did. And it was very impressive. So I was with him in Israel and on the mount where the Sermon on the Mount happened, he got up there and just talked to me just like I'm talking to you, except he was saying the Sermon on the Mount. And man, me and Leanna just bawled and squalled. Like Jesus stood here and these are the words that he said that changed the world. Man, I can feel the Lord right now.

Well, I would say Psalms 22 is a big one for me. If you say, hey, man, I can only have five or six chapters, Psalms 22 is huge for me. Romans 8, John 1, 1 Corinthians 13, Hebrews 11. I guess there's a bunch of certain chapters like, okay, if you've got to know a chapter, what chapter should you know? And in the midst of all that, I couldn't get away from Psalms 23. So guys, please open up your Bible to Psalms 23.

You're welcome to say this with me. You guys want to read it again? Come on. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."

You know, whenever this psalm was written, it was written a thousand years before King Jesus, a thousand years. And it's attributed to David. So let's just say that David is the one, and I believe that he is the one. These six verses in this 23rd psalm was a song that David wrote that we are still singing, and we don't even know how the song went. That's how good it is.

And it was translated over from another language and it still is poetic in our language. It's incredible. It's so anointed. It's a lot like Amazing Grace.

Like, well, you can't compare Amazing Grace. No, no, it has a certain signature of high authority anointing in it. And one of them is this. It's just like the Psalms, the words of Amazing Grace are. Because it doesn't matter what language you translate it in, it works perfectly. And I want to tell you this too. Are you ready? It doesn't matter what song you put the words to Amazing Grace in, it works. Any song. Name a song.

There you go. It's perfect for the House of the Rising Sun. I used to play it all the time, the House of the Rising Sun. Right on. I'll tell you, it goes great to Sweet Home Alabama. Amazing grace, Lord, how sweet the sound. It said to wretch just like me. Once I lost, Lord, but now I'm found. Once I'm blind, but now I see. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right? It works. It works.

♪ Well, amazing grace, how sweet the sound ♪ ♪ That saved a wretch just like me ♪ ♪ I once was lost, but now I'm found ♪ ♪ I was blind, but now I can see ♪ It's Friends in Low Places. It even works with that. Name a song that works with that. Well, just exactly like that, this Psalm just works. It just works. That starts off this way. It says, "The Lord is my shepherd."

And that is a good declaration for you to have every single day of your life. The Lord is my shepherd. Just get up every day this year and say, the Lord is my shepherd. Just say it. Just say it right now. Just say it. Yeah. Because I want to tell you, that's a game changer. This song is brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. And it's written from the perspective of a sheep. Who does that? Yeah, I'm thinking about writing a song that glorifies the Lord. And I think I'll make it about a sheep that loves King Jesus.

They're like, "Get out of here, you can't do that." I'm a big fan of the Steel Drivers, and the Steel Drivers have a song that's called "Sticks That Make Thunder." And it is a song about, that is sung from the perspective of a tree on a Civil War battlefield trying to describe what the battle is. And he calls the guns "sticks that make thunder." It's like, what were you smoking when you came up with that?

That is craziness. Just exactly like that. This is even crazier. This is about our walk with God from the perspective of a sheep. Man, it's crazy. Well, Jesus himself is called the good shepherd in John 10, 11. He's called the great shepherd in Hebrews 13, 20. And he's called the chief shepherd in 1 Peter 5, 4. If you would be willing this year

To say the six verses of Psalms 23 every single day and meditate on it like it's some kind of supernatural beef jerky or the everlasting gobstopper that you just keep chewing on and chewing on and chewing on and chewing on. You would get such an awesome revelation out of this, that he is your shepherd. I can tell you that for the sake of time, let me just cut to the chase and tell you this, that if you were to look at all the themes of that, and there are so many themes,

So many incredible themes, like what? Oh, themes like resting and having peace in the midst of very uncomfortable places, being lavished with the love of God in the presence of your enemies, finding rest and peace in hostile territory. Those are big deals. Knowing how to have hope and knowing how the story is going to end. That's also a theme. You know how it ends? I know how this is going to go.

Surely, goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and then I'll dwell at the house of the Lord forever. He's like, I know how this is gonna go. That theme, there's so many sermons in this. There's so many messages in these simple six verses. It's mind-boggling to me. But I wanna point out a very important part of this message, and it's this. Death cannot be avoided. Death must be conquered, and death must be overcome. That is another theme of Psalms 23.

that nobody dodges death. And here's the good news. You don't have to because Jesus has already overcome death. Jesus has overcome death, my friends. But it's a huge theme of Psalms 23, and it says, okay, if you think you're gonna, oh yeah, man, it's gonna be nothing but good times this year. No, it's not. No, it's not. Well, everything's gonna be super easy. No, it's not. Everything is gonna go back the way it was before 2020. No, it's not. No, it's not.

and said well i want you to i want you to say it is i'm not going to say it is it's not here's what i can tell you is this a post-covered outpouring of god cannot fit into a pre-covered wine skin so get with the program amen and god is moving in a tremendous way because here's the deal are you ready for this i'm not avoiding death as a matter of fact i sign up for it i die daily i die daily paul said i die daily paul said for me to die is gain

What are you talking about? You talking about assuming room temperature? Well, sometimes, right? But that ain't what I'm talking about. Actually, what I'm talking about is this. This is a year where death, hell, and the grave has to be dealt with. It's got to be dealt with within you. It's got to be dealt with within your house. It has to be dealt with. You don't just let it slide anymore. You say, this thing is death, and it doesn't glorify the Lord, and I'm going to deal with it.

And, you've got to do just like the old bobcat, my friend with the bobcat. Get tired of it coming after your stuff, and go after it and find it. And root it out and say, "You're done."

I am done with you. Friends, death cannot be avoided. Death must be conquered. And I was talking to you about all these different words that are in the Bible 23 different times. I mentioned killeth, I mentioned baptism, I mentioned leaven, I mentioned hell. And then, guys, we come to the word death. And the word death is actually in the Bible 138 times. You're like, well, that ain't a 23. Yes, it is. It's six times 23. And when I did the math on that, and when I saw it was six times 23, I went, good googly moogly.

Because I know what Romans 6:23 says. Amen. And it's the theme of this year. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." And there's actually a message. Not only is the Bible prophetic in what is written, the Bible is prophetic in how it is written. Jesus said, "Every jot and every tittle must be fulfilled. Every dotting of the I and every crossing of the T has to prophesy if it must be fulfilled."

Amen. And man, the word death is in the Bible 138 times and it's 23, it's six times 23. I saw that, it absolutely blew my mind because I know that the wages of sin is death. But I also know that the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Friends, I just have to just tell you this. You need to know this. This is a year of salvations. And man, you can't be doing church and ministry without offering Jesus to people.

You just can't. This is a tremendous year of the fear of the Lord. And I'm going to do a whole series just on the fear of the Lord and what the fear of the Lord is. Guys, do you know that the term fear of the Lord is in the Bible 23 times? Yeah. So, well, what is that? Okay. The fear of the Lord, it's awesome. I actually love the fear of the Lord. But let me tell you what it really comes down to. It means your heart is loyal and consecrated to the Lord. That's where the fear of the Lord is.

It's when you love what God loves and you hate what God hates and you go, I'm not going to go out here acting a fool even though my flesh wants to or even though I have the right to do so. I'm not going to do any of that. Why? Because I'm loyal to Jesus in this matter or because I fear the Lord. That's what that term fear the Lord means. Fear the Lord means that you take your walk serious. Hey guys, I want to just tell you how you deal with your porno problem. Fear the Lord. Like, well, it ain't that simple. I want to just tell you

Any kind of addiction. How about this? Why don't you just do this? Fear the Lord for 66 days. Do that. And just go, I'm going to consecrate my life to not view any form of pornography for 66 days. Ask the Lord to help you. I want to tell you, give yourself some real accountability. Men, ladies, I'm going to tell you, talk to your girls. You girls are just as bad as men are now.

And I'm serious, and guys, can I just tell you, there's just as many people addicted to pornography in the body of Jesus as there are out there worshiping the devil. And it's gotta stop, it's gotta end. You cannot say, hey, I wanna stand, and I wanna stand for women that are held in slavery while being entertained by it. You cannot do that. It doesn't work, you gotta fear the Lord.

And go, no, you know what? This thing here has to be dealt with. And I'm not going to sit around and just go, well, it's just part of being a dude or it's part of being married or it's part of being a single woman now. Baloney. Consecrate your life in fear of the Lord and serve him privately. Amen.

Well, I tell you what, the people that are worried about getting exposed, they will be. The people that are worried about the presence of the Lord leaving them, yeah, those are the people that are going to make it. People are like, I'll tell you what, I'm walking with Jesus. I ain't doing nothing without Jesus. Amen. Scariest verse in the whole Bible is Samson went out and knew not that the Spirit of the Lord had departed from him. Oh, King Jesus.

That's scary to me. You can live a life in such a way because he had no fear of the Lord anymore. He didn't think he could get in trouble for anything. He didn't think he could do any wrong. It's like, man, I'm Samson and I'm awesome and I got lots of passion and I'm beautiful and I'm just like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.

John chapter 5 verse 24. Jesus says, Most assuredly I say unto you, He who hears my word and believes in him who sent me has everlasting life and shall not come into judgment but has passed from death unto life. That's a baptism scripture right there. Man, I want to just tell you this. John chapter 8 verse 51. Most assuredly I say unto you, Anybody that keeps my word shall never see death. And then 52 says, Anybody that keeps my word shall never taste death. Hmm. Hmm.

2 Corinthians 1, verse 9. Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead. And verse 10 says, who delivered us from so great a death and does deliver us in whom we trust that he will still deliver us. Do you know that the Lord still is delivering you from death? From the stench of death, from the agenda of death, from all those things. Romans 6, 23.

I close by saying this, friends, that when I look into the year to come, I'm actually, I'm always excited. I've never had a year at the beginning of the year that I wasn't excited about the rest of the year. And this last year, the past couple of days, I've been like, you know, man, the radar I had before 2020 is broke. It's like, I have to look at things completely different now, prophetically. It's like, Lord, how do I teach your people to hope in you?

How do I do that? I can keep telling everybody, be brave, be brave, be brave, have hope, have hope, have hope. But Lord, how do I, how do I truly teach that? And the Lord is telling me to say this over and over and over again. You guys are going to hear me say it. He's like, tell him to love me and tell him to fear me. It's like, well, Lord, that doesn't translate in our language. People think that that sounds crazy. They don't understand. And it's because the biblical term fear the Lord literally is all about your loyalty. It's not about you being afraid of him.

But it's about you being so loyal to him that you're careful not to mess up. And there's not enough of that within the body of King Jesus. Folks cheating on their wives, freaking out, stealing money, making everything about money, just totally woken out and being limp-wristed in the pulpit. Don't even want to preach on hell. The huge majority of the body of Jesus doesn't want to hear about hell, and they don't even believe about hell. I want to tell you something. You better get saved from hell. Hell. Hell.

People thinking it's okay to be in church leadership and have all kinds of sexual shenanigans within your life that you can't even send your kids to be interns in a church that the pastor or somebody on the staff doesn't start messing with your girls or your boys. And it's like, man, root that mess out and quit partnering with death.

And be loyal to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords because he's so beautiful. We're the ones that mess up the story. Jesus never messes up the story.

And I'm not telling you I'm flawless. I'm not telling you any of those things. I'm not trying to be flawless. I'm very much human. I'm very much a dude and all those kinds of things. But I want to just tell you this. I'm loyal to King Jesus. And I love the Lord. And I'm worried about the body of King Jesus that we don't think that loyalty to the word of God and to the kingdom of God is any big deal anymore. You know why? It's more important than how many clicks you get.

It's more important than how many people you have watching you on YouTube. It's more important. I want to get along with people. I want to be diplomatic. This last year, the United Nations endorsed Leanna and I as international peacekeepers. Well, it's a tremendous gift that has been given to us, and it's a tremendous gift. It gets us in and out of airports, and it gets our stuff in and out of airports. I can't tell you what a big deal it is. It's a big deal. I want to tell you, I bust that badge out, too. I'm here on an international peace mission.

Listen, I want to be very humble about this, but I do have a badge. Thank you very much. Where is the special diplomatic section of this here airport? Oh, it's over here. Thank you. Oh, by the way, I have a badge. You should have a badge. Yeah, I'll work it. Dang skip it. I'll work it. I got stuff to get in and out of nations, and I ain't got time to fool around. Let's go. That was given to me, and I'm so grateful because, guys, we're all ambassadors for Christ. All of us are. Amen. Amen.

Now that I said all this, man, again, I want to get along with everybody. I want to be friends with everybody, but I'm not friends with hell. I'm not friends with death. I'm not friends with the leaven of this world. Leaven is in the Bible 23 times. I'm not friends with those things. I'm friends with King Jesus, and he's been so good to me. So I want to ask you guys to stand up, and we're going to make a declaration. This is coming from the conference, and this declaration says,

It's the declaration that we're going to be making all this month, and it's the one that we're going to be giving to the world at the conference. So repeat after me. I declare in Jesus' name. I am alive in Christ, and I'm dead to the world in 2023. The life of Christ will be on me. His resurrection power will flow through me. Goodness and mercy will follow me. The gates of hell will not prevail over my family or me.

And I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living in Jesus' name. Guys, let's give the Lord a great big praise. Hallelujah. So good is our God.
