Local public school deprived of outdoor shelter after funding bungle 06:01

Parents are saying that they are not able to spend money on badly needed school projects that they themselves have raised due to a government funding bungle. 

Tania, a mother of a student at Orchard Hills Public School, explains the situation at their school to Chris O'Keefe.
